[Resolved] Croma Store, Tata Enterprise — inefficient service | |||
I use samsung touch-screen phone. it was in fantastic conditions for 2 yrs when it was with me. i had lil problem with its touch, so gave it to Croma for repair. even after 2 MONTHS my phone is not in its earlier condition. First they started working late on my phone, just kept my phone in their table drawer, and didn't send it to the service center for repair. after repairing they created a network problem in it. then without my permission, or even informing me they updated its software, and in turn i lost all my data. when i went to take my phone back, it was heart-breaking to see big DENTS on my phone, which never ever existed when the phone was in my hands for 2 long yrs, so much so that its back-panel didn't fit into its place. i left my phone with the store to do the needful. but they kept the phone with them for another month. its been 2 MONTHS now, and still my phone has this bluetooth problem, touch problem, charging problem, etc, and i don't know what all problems are in store for me. with innumerable visits and complaint calls, nothing useful is being done.. m so harassed.. please help.. contact me @ [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
