Datawind Ubislate — Not been delivered even after 7 month follow up | |||
I had booked Ubislate 7+ thro Aakash Tablet web site http://www.ubislate.com/prebook7/prebook.html and I paid Rs.2999 through HDFC bank on 30.12.2011. The company acknowledged payment receipt but unbale to delvery the prodcut as per the trems that 3 week in time. I have been followwing with them but no response. - Screen do not display - Battery Weak is not getting charged These complaints are happened in the Replacement Tablet given during Apr'15.ubislate 7ci tablet dead
i purchased ubislate 7ci on december 2012.now since 15 days tablet is dead and even charging.i called customer care at [protected] but no one answered ever.i also mailed them and no reply.please suggest further action.not returning the tab after service
I had submitted the tab for service on 21/11/2014. service invoice No.RVSRN1411 ML 00156 .I had given the tab through univercell on Nov.14 but the tab is not returned to me after service. Please considire my complaint earlier.59%
