DECCAN CHRONICLE-NEWS PAPER — NEWSPAPER NOT DELIVERED
I had subcribed to their newspaper as per their new scheme by paying Rs 599/on 13.02.2010 at Bangalore one centre and till this day I have not received the paper delivered at home inspite of calling them up several times.I live at the heart of the city and still they cannot search my house.How unbecoming of such a prestigious newspaper who claim that they have a high readership value.
I am looking for legal recourse by referring my greivance to CONSUMER FORUM FOR COMPENSATION for the cost incurred by getting the amount recovered from their Sales Managers salary. I feel that my name was not included in the lucky draw.
