Absolutely pathetic service! A week back (11th August 2013) when I booked the cab the car broke down in between just after travelling 10 km. They have very cheap quality old cars. The call centre is hopelessly inefficient & incapable. The cab drivers keep lying to you that they are somewhere near but will actually take ages to reach your place. Seems like they also lie to the call centre.
Today again I took another chance & I booked another cab for pickup from Airport. The cab was supposed to reach at 10:15 am at my place. I kept calling the driver & he kept saying some places that are nearby to my place (was apparently lying all the time) and finally reached 40 mins late. If the cab takes 30 minutes to reach Maharaja signal from Sony World signal in koramangala then it is a big lie! In between when I called the call centre at 10:20 am someone lifted the phone and said they will get back in 2 mins. I waited for 10 mins and called them again at 10:30am & they again said they will get back in 2 mins. Neither did they arrange a different cab nor did they inform me that the cab wouldn't reach in time. They will only keep customers hanging and finally ditch them. The least you would expect is an apology but that is also hard to come by from these guys.
The cab driver finally arrived at 10:45 am and by then it was no point for me to go all the way to the airport to pick my relatives. I asked them to take the bus and come home while I asked the cab driver to go back & I don't require the service any more. Later when I called their management for lodging a complaint the manager was shouting at me that I was not lifting the phone when the driver came to my place & he was only 15 mins late. Such blatant unethical behaviour! This is what he was saying after all the records he has of me calling the call centre twice at 10:20 & 10:30 and then nobody responded back. He was asking me, "Why are you complaining now? You should have told me earlier". That is the kind of response these guys give. When I cancelled the cab no body from the call centre even bothered to call me and ask a feedback but later on they are blaming me for not lifting the phone when the cab driver had come here and called me!!!
People reading this please don't ever book from these cabs if you want reliable service. Have a margin of over an hour if you want to take a chance.

While I was in the cab, driver asked me to pay in the mid way. I gave him 500 Rs note and asked for change. He said he will do it once i reach the place. instead of giving me the change he ran away as soon as I alighted the cab!!!
In the second Journey, the other driver expressed his ability to pay me back 50 rs and kept me hanging for 20 mins. He also said he will pay it next day while he is near this area. As expected, it never happened. When I complaint to the call center, they said 'ok Sir!'
and nothing happened.
I did the mistake today and booked it again to celebrate my wife's birthday. Driver charged me excess for an hour though he himself was late on the way to my place. the best part of the story is there driver only gave me a missed call and did not called me!!! Upon calling the call center people, they also said 'Sir, our driver is saying he was on time, so he was on time'. How ridiculous?? Which Deepam driver would accept he was late? There AC cabs are ridiculously in cooling. Better you keep the windows open. No GPS tagging in cab and drivers are not well behaved either.
They are highly unprofessional in their conduct and are not worth the money they charge."
