Dell — problem of charging

Dear sir
I am purchase laptop model vostro 860 from chandigrah shop Fast track computing limited
and service tag no 24yk6h1 of my lap top.
Problem
1. Speaker not work properly
2. Rem 1GB but he say me that Rem is 2GB in laptop.
3. He torcher me and say me that "complained kr do hamara koi kuch nahi kr sakta"
4. He mentaly torcher me donot provide any service to me.
5. Laptop hang problem
I[censored] dont take any action then i am complained to higher authorities. Please change my laptop

This is abhishek kumar.let i was complained regarding the laptop charging and related to the pointer but there is no respose came uptill now so pls see the problems .again the subject is that when AC adapter put into charging, the AC adapter becomes too hot in a few minutes then after the pointer is not working that is the picture minimization and maximization takes place automatically.

I have purchased ffzy3bs Dell inspirion 1545 laptop and its on warranty period.My laptop battery is not charging and the touchpad is also not working properly.please troubleshoot my problem as soon as possible.
