I purchased a laptop from a retailer in somdata plazza . Now after six months Its hard disk has got damaged.
When I called dell customer care he told me the retailer has not sent the invoice copy of your machine so we can't help you. When i talked to the retailer he told me that the dell's people are lying and they don't want to provide service so i gave my retailer my laptop to change its hard disk. this was two weeks ago from tody( 27/01/2011). He says he has already locked the complaint in the dell service centre and its thier responsibility to send a mechanic. I don't understand to whom should i ask for help. what is the reason who is lying i don't understand ......please help,,, waiting for your reply. Was this information helpful? |
