[Resolved] Dell — No return of laptop | |||
6 months ago i bought a dell vostro 1540 laptop and its speaker was damaged after 3 month. So i gave it for reapairing on 8th jan. Baid international took 2 and a half month to return it, but with another faulty laptop with some smps problem, but without the charger. After 4 day they gave me the charger, and when i came to know about the problem of the laptop, i returned it the very next day and they promised to return the next day. But again they are making excuseses and not returning ma laptop. Its been 3 month of harasment from baid international siliguri. Is this a way to treat a costumer who is student and whose exams are near. Could you please stop this. Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir,I have purchased a dell laptops on 7th jun 12 but i am satisfied with product and its performance.my retailer is ready to refund but he is asking DO letter from dell but dell is not giving.he telling if you have direct purchased from me then refund.so please help me for refund.
