Dell — Non refund of money inspite of returning wrong battery given by them | |||
When the battery of DELL make Laptop, Model: Inspiron 14R Service Tag: 8DYG7BS (directly purchased from DELL/Delhi) has stopped working , I have asked them for a replacement. They have insisted for purchasing a new and agreed to send a new one. They sent it by courier but it was not of the model. Hence as asked by them, it was sent back and they agreed to refund the money collected through my SBI credit Card. I have returned the battery in June 2012 and has been repeatedly requesting for the money. In spite of several complaints/calls to their Technical Support, still I am deprived of my money.
