[Resolved] Dell Studio Laptop — defective laptop | |||
Dear sir, i purchased studio-15 laptop in july2009, and u would be surprised to hear that its mother board got crashed in a month . Although the part was replaced at ur service center, delhi,but after facing a lot of problems. i am so disappointed to know that one year is not yet completed & i am still facing many problems everyday its DVD writer is NOT working now. And also its mouse stops working at times, sumtimes its blootooth device stops working.. i.e one or the other problem Its really sad & disappointing to know that such a reputed company like DELL is not standing true on its name. My faith on the company is totally shattered. So many problems in less than a year. Do u think all this will increase a customer ‘s satisfaction. Definitely NOT !! I am a student & i can’t effort to buy its accessories or a new laptop Its my request to the company to provide me the extended warranty free of cost as a compensation or at least replace the defective laptop with a new one (but in that case too whats the guarantee that the new one wud not b defective).. I arranged money bcz i was planning to extend its warranty but now that my faith has been lost i am regretting that why i purchased DELL and cursing the person who suggested me the name of DELL. If this compensation is not possible for the company , then kindly send ur executive and i will give him this defective laptop as a GIFT to the company. I hope this would make u happier. Bcz may b customer’s Dissatisfaction is ur foremost aim. Sorry for my harsh words but i am really very disappointed and dissatisfied with the company “Dell”. Hoping for a satisfying reply soon.
