dell vastro 1510 — laptop battery is not charging

laptop battery is not charging,even after putting charger on the battery gets discharged.
one usb port is not functioning.
laptop fan is not working properly.

my laptop battery backup is too low about 20 minutes on full charge .
please change my laptop battery , quickly ,becose my online exam in these days,
so i can't properly study ,now CHANGE MY LAPTOP BATTERY.

I have dell vostro 1510 .In that laptop does not install any OS.If I install OS in that time to be ocurred error is "BOOT MANAGER IS MISSING" so that problem to be occured in my laptop please give solution to me.I think Hard disk is failure so in that time how to resolve that problem.Please urgent please.[protected], , , , , , , please.
