[Resolved]  Dell — warranty claim

dear sir,
i had purchased dell vostro laptop from network associates sigra varanasi model is vostro 1450 my purchased date is[protected] i had problem in my laptop so i made complain in dell toll free no i had talked there they told me that only one time your speakers will change in warrenty but your warrenty is lapsed on 18-10-12 so it will not changed i ask them that why when i had purchased it on 18-02-12 why my warrenty is expired after that it take along 45 days to cover my warrenty now my warrenty is covered for one year from date of purchased but now they are making issue to change my speakers they are saying that from one perticular software your speaker is damaged i ask them that there was any note or warrning given with laptop bill or in manual that i dont have to use that software but no warning is there so sir i request you that kindly make dell to cover my warrenty and change my speakers.

sir they make me mentally disturb for more than 45 days for warrenty coverage because any customer buy the product and retailer is saying that warrenty will be one year customer trust on bill and expect warrenty for one year from date of purchase .

but the fraud company dell make me mentally harrose for my warrenty and they cover it again after harrosing me but if customer is simple and he cant make argument with company these fellow will cheat customer also

so kindly take right action on dell and solve m problem
