[Resolved] Dell XCD28 Mobile — Replacement for Defects | |||
I purchased a DellXCD 28 mobile from Home Shop18 in April 2011.The touch screen stopped working in the month of October 2011.I contacted he Dell customer care but came to know that there is no service centre in Bihar then I contacted Home Shop18 they told me to send the mobile to them ,they will get the mobile replaced/repaired.I sent the mobile to Home Shop 18 on 24th of October After receiving it on 31st of October they sent it to the local service centre(Noida service centre I have talked to Dell service centre Noida with Jugnu Chauhan, where my Dell Xcd28 mobile was submitted for replacement on 31.10.2011with Job sheet No 6NHYVN1in the name of Dr.S M Azam,They said that the mobile is with them and they are unable to replace due to shortage of stock.they also said that their request for stock is already pending with the head office.Then I sent personal message to Mr Tulsi social support officer at Dell He asked for details I provided the required detail then he assured for resolution on priority basis.But after three or four mails he is not responding. For the last two and half months I am unable to get my Mobile and I am following Home Shop18 and Dell waiting for my replacement.Kindly help Thanking You Was this information helpful? | |||
