[Resolved] DHFL — HOME LOAN CAN BE SANCTION WITH BRIBE AT DHFL | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have finalizesd my property and asked DHFL Bankers for the loan suggested by my realeatate broker. Told every thing about property & personal.I was having CIBIL name.Banker told me i will do the case just u have to pay 2 % of LOAN amount. I also agree to pay the same i can give you max of 20LAKHS loan with my salalry & my wife salary. Where my requirment was 15 LAKHS .Then i agree that he is doing great job for us. After submiting all documents i got the sancion letter with in 10-15 days. Approved. BY DHFL bank. On plain paper i asked about its blan paper with stamp original will be given you before loan agreement. I told fine ok. Then i paid Rs.40000/- for the sanction as promised in the month of JULY 2011. The property finnal was costing us 3075000/- lakhs . i have required own contrubution so sold my old flat . As required by bank i used to submit all documents but this process never stoped til i have done my sale deed. At last 25th Aug i have done my SALE DEED with vendore and given all my OWN contrubution to OWNER. Waiting for the disburment till date .... In meen while i have paid Rs.30000/- for technical clearance by advocate asked by banker. I have paid processing fee 17003/- + 5515/- Technical valution charges :-Rs.5500/-. How i can cross check and how banker harrash customer while it comes to LOAN. Was this information helpful? | |||
