[Resolved]  DHFL Home Loan — Never go fror Home loan from DHFL almost all are suffering

Very very very poor service provided by DHFL. I took a home loan from DHFL and they harass a lot during sanctioning the loan charging processing fees much more than any other bank and many more hidden things in loan which we come to know after sanctioning the loan. And after sanctioning the loan they increase rate of interest within 2 months. So shocking and horrible. Worst service and am planning to switch home loan from DHFL to any other bank.

Negligence /Very Slow Process for Housing Loan:

HI, This is Chithra application #01053056, I have submitted all the
documents and got the sanction letter on Nov'14, and today it is 28th
Jan'15, till now loan amount has not been disbursed. Everyday am chasing
DHFL representative.
While submitting the documents they have assured me that within 10 to
15 working days loan amount will be disbursed, 2 months got over but
still the process is going on and on!

In fact I have contacted the Branch Manager(Kalyan Branch) and HOD(Head
of the Department) am getting the same answer everyday that verification
is going on. Really Frustrated by DHFL services. SERVICING IS VERY
WORST!!

No use of sending e-mail to [protected]@dhfl.com. I have already did it and not happy with it.

Please anyone contact the appropriate team and get the loan disbursed at the earliest.
DHFL is horrible, these guys charge you higher that the market rate, I have taken a loan in 2009 with an interest rate of 10.3% now that has increased to 13.5%, I agree that it was increase due the market, but now when thier website is information that loan rate has been revised to 10.6% which is still not affected to my account.

I have even seen their advertisement on indian express about changing of home loan interest.

I don't know these changes are not affecting my account.

GUYS PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY LOAN FROM THIS BANK. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.
Worst company ..I have ever been scene. I am providing case them from the last ttwo yyears. There service is always worst. I have applied for home loan through the employee of DHFL-Noida branch now the company's executive Shyam Singh ([protected]) asked for Rs.16000
adjustment charge as bribe to reduce the insurance amount, i am have the recording of this.
initailly insurance amount was Rs. 74000 + 42000+ 42000 for two years.i dont want to take insurance on my home loan but they force me that i have to take this as per company policy.


When i called Neeraj aggarwal i discussed the same issue with neeraj he said you have to buy this insurance product even on 11 lac loan amount
if we increase the insurance amount up to 4lac you have to take it, and you are salaried you can effort so you have to go for it we cant do anything, why we should try to get the waveoff for me.


Home loan from DHFL was the horrible experience, very rude unprofessional behavior of Neeraj and shyam singh.i said you are the representative of DHFL if i got good service from DHFL i would refer someone he said we dont need the referral
we have enough business.


Finally after 35-40 days i withdrawal my loan application.
Now i want refund of procceesing fees, i dropped an email for this but they are not responding before the disbursement they deduct the
all the fees although my loan was not disbursed.

Total processing (Rs.2850 + 3420)

Rs.6270 deducted.

DHFL home loan service is very bad and worst. DHFL staff combined with builder both will cheating the customer please don't go for the home loan from DHFL
Yes you are correct . I too had very bad experience with DHFL . The bank is charging extra EMI when closing teh account & higher interest rate for the existing customers. No value for the customers
I building my compact Home for me and my family at the budget of 12 Lakh’s, already I have complete hall with single bedroom, to extension I need Home Loan. By Reference of my friend Mr.Maruthi (HDFC Marketing) I came to know about DHFL and maruthi gave Villupuram branch DHFL contact person Mr.Iyyappan ([protected], Office No). I call him discuss about the loan needs and I said my Loan Amount 6 Lakhs, He said to come and meet him. I went to office it’s 1st floor, I can’t able to upstairs because of I differently able ( Handicap), So he came down ( I satisfied Customer Relation Ship Management at that situation) and give one Xerox copy of DHFL Home loan document needs.

Document Needs :

Pan ID, Voter ID, Last 3 month Pay Slip, 1 year statement, Appointment order, Previous Company Appointment Order, Property Document, EC, Patta, Plan Approval, Plan Approval with Panchayat Head, Plan Est, 100 rs agreement document.

Above all the I submitted to Mr, Iyyappan at May Month, after 2 to 4 days later he call me said that Property is at my Mother name so you can’t able to get Loan, if it Property on at Your name ( Prabakaran) we can get loan 6 lakh’s, So I change the Property to my name from my mother. But after couple of weeks he said given EC, Patta, Plan Approval, Plan Approval with Panchayat Head, Plan Est are in mother name so you have to change to your name. So once again I changed to my name finally I submitted the document
July 4th week of 2015. At[protected] site Engineer Mr.Sivakumar came and visit my home that half building at that time I paid 1, 500 rs.Later[protected] I get call from DHFL office to come for Document Verification by Regional office I think, at that time my wife cant get leave so I went, there some of superior officer question me about the document I given after that officer decide to give loan amount 5 Lakh’s.

Then Legl Verification I paid 1, 500 rs, in that I have to get Dead Certificate, finally I gave at[protected] and signed in 100 rs bond paper .

When I will get My Home Loan?

Finally I submitted all the Document and Signed at Aug 4th Week, still I didn’t get loan amount and even I dont’t know loan status. When ever I asking about my loan status Mr.Iyyappan saying I sent your file to chennai it’s on process, still i did’t speak to chennai office. But when I applying loan they said within 10-15 days I will get Loan first 35% but still i don’t know even my Loan status.

To know my Loan status I asked Loan Application Id on 1/10/2015 to Mr, Iyyappan, He saying there is no Loan Application Id. How it Possible in Website portal I saw but he compromise


I analysis the website, Brand is Different but one Group, Goal is Same- Home Loan

Finally 3/10/2015 at 11.35 AM I get call from Mr.Mohan ([protected]) informing that My submitted document return from Chennai, your loan has been cancel.

What Process done so far?

From DHFL I didnt get even loan Application ID, on 1/10/2015 I asked Loan Application ID within that they Informing me Loan is canceled for me, but they don’t know reason too even DFHL staff itself don’t the reason ?

Is the DFHL is doing Good Service? More than 63 days I Spent time and waited for the Home Loan, and I spent 3000 rs for site Verification and Legal Verification process after Loan sanctioned

I doubt on their my Loan Process that’s why mail to you Please to do me a favor or Give my Document which I submitted to DHFL.

I read few thread and based on my experience, I would say mental torture, harasment, Fake promises and after few month no one will attend your calls. Today I was told by MR. Anil Chahal - Hand Phone - +91-[protected], a senior DHFL Guy that we dont give a dam to our old customer. Go to hell, we wont attend your calls, we wont give you any information regarding loan etc.. So guys beware of DHFL and Anil chahal.
Even to procure ones statement of loan repayment they have to pay for it this is disgusting
Please inform me do i need to pay for my EMI Statement details to be procured from your bank.
I am unable to contact DHFL customer care for existing customers i have tried 6 different no but no one is there to receive number goes ringing & rest of them are wrong no.s. very very poor service no body cares once you took the loan.

Dear Sir, My self Ranjeet Kumar Jha Home loan application No 01229598.as per the term and condition I was deposit all the documents and processing fee on dated 23/11/2015. A confirmation call get from DHFL on dated 03/01/2016.Your cheque complete you can collect but when i was in branch office (dated 07/01/2016) to collect cheque the sales manager and sales man (Mr Rupinder Pal and Mr.Javed Ali) denies that sorry your cheque not available now few more days require till to date did not get cheque but Pre-EMI start to deduct from my account no body responding me when i am calling to noida sector 2 branch.The amount that I did not get as a loan I am paying Pre-EMI on that amount.

Such a harassment i never faced from any company while applying for a loan .After 2 months from Jan-2016, sanctioning my home loan Rs 919488/- taking service charge and other charges around 6, 000/-, Agreement sign, they suddenly declined to do the loan. Home Koan appl No[protected]
DHFL is trouble, everybody should be aware.
If there is a negative rating, i will give minus infinite to the level of service given by DHFL.

I have taken Plot loan from DHFL. Following are the issues faced till now:


1. I am paying interest rate for the loan as 12.5 though they have advertised for 9.55. It was for panchayat land. It would have been good if they have told that loan will not be processed for panchayat land at front. They will hide everything until you get the pressure from builder.


2. As per the branch Manager, you should take DHFL insurances along with your loans. In my case, i had been forced to take 3 insurances. Branch Manager told me that, it is as per their policy and there is no exception to it.


3. All the communications will be going to your home or plot on which you have taken the loan not to the registered address in the home loan application.


4. All important things will be communicated orally and later they will say that i told this and that which will be against your mindset. In my case, they told me that first EMI will start from June but actually it started on May. I realised this, only after getting cheque bounce message from my bank. Absolutely there is no communication from bank when the first EMI was started.


5. You have to give blank cheques to DHFL at the time of loan processing. In my case, i have submitted 13 cheques after 6 months they couriered a letter to ask for another 12 blank cheques.


6. If you talk to their customer care, the response is we could give only report on your account and nothing else!. You goto respective branch to resolve the issue.


I am not sure above mentioned things are allowed as per RBI rules.
DHFL Home Loan is pathetic service. They tell you the amount of loan different and then apply unexpected insurance on it. Pathetic Service
