[Resolved]  Dining Plus Card — Dining Plus card- Fraud Card

REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION OF DINING PLUS CARD - My request is that please cancell the transaction of Rs. 5, 499/- made on my credit card towards Dinning Plus Pack and revert back the amount which has already been deducted on 20 July 2011 failing which I will seek a legal action.

DINING PLUS PACK — WRONGLY CREDIT ME

the transaction of Rs 5499.00 made on SBI Credit Card XXXX4151at DINING PLUS PACK on 24 Aug 2011

is not accept by me please reverse it

The card is really of no use.Been to hotel anjapper at nungambakam.they said there is no such agreement.
Please cancel my card and refund the same ASAP.
Its simply cheating n nothing else.

Dining Plus is ridiculous.
I want my money back.
They do not have any tie ups with anyone for availing discounts.
They are frauds. The Consumer Court should do something strictly against them & arrange to refund us our money.
If proper action is not taken it will encourage such fradulent practices.

this company is frequent so don't enroll this dining plus and don't share this person are cheated on mobile and phone so aware of this type company and i request all member we all complained against the company

yes they are total fraud, they didnt even send me the card, when calling nobody picking up the phone, and not even replying on mail

They have called me up a lot of times, and this Sunday[protected], I almost got convinced with their offer. But when the person asked me to transfer the money from my credit card to their company, I simply switched off the phone. They kept calling me afterwards but I did not pick the phone. Even today, they rang me in the morning but I refused to oblige. Good sense prevailed upon me as I narrowly escaped from being duped by this Fraud Company. Interestingly, during my conversation I came to know that Dining India has procured my cell no. and Address details from SBI Card, which I no longer use.

Dinning card cheats people saying they give out all offers and complimentary coupons.They first would not say the amount that they would deduct. I made a big mistake of giving them my card details and when I found out my card has been deducted with amount Rs 5, 499/- just two days back, I am just so shocked how this company can say its free complimentary coupons valid for selected customers. I tried to reach out customer care number in Mumbai branch and Bangalore branch but to no avail. I am regretting what I have done and what I should do now.

I seek to have my money refunded to my credit card.

Dining Plus card is a FRAUD Company and I hope proper action can be taken against this company.

Yes i also affected from dining plus card. They have just called on 18.02.12 informed all details and also they asked my credit card and valid date but that time i didnt given after they have asked like just confirmation of your identification. But today (21.02.12) they have deducted Rs. 5499/- without any information.

Yes this is cheated company pls help us and stop that company running.

The helpline also not working now.

pack only for few selected customer over telephonic conversation but after giving my postal
address it was confirmed that their pack will serve my fullfillment in my native town hubli and
Then amount was credited to their account from my credit card then after my serval reminder
to their office atleast I got few things which is not usefull to me this matter was informed to my
bank to resolve the problem and I can returned things as it is so I kindly request to reversal
amount of 5499 to my account

Dining plus company on 29-02-12 made a promise to issue dining plus card with a lot of features.The same day company made to deduct Rs.5499 from my credit card.I tried to contact them but in vain.now i request them to cancel the card and revert back the money deducted from my credit card immediately FAILLING I WILL SEEK LEGAL ACTION.

Don't trust any dining plus cards or any offer from yatra.com
They will play with you in this way
1) Your credit score is quite good bank has offered to give you some dining plus card at no extra cost
2) Please provide yours' card number and expiry date as same will be depicted on yours' card
3) At time when you will get yours' call for verification of DOB and address it will be full of noise they will try to get maximum yes from you
4) Two/Three days later yours' card will be debited for 5999 Rs
5) After some days you will receive the gift voucher with no address of vendor mentioned anywhere

I havn't opened that packet want address of vendor so that i can return back the same

Believe me our Bank is also involved in this else so many victims falling prey to this vendor and still bank is not declining this vendor transaction and even not informing any credit card customer about this issue

I fully agree and suggest for strict action against these companies and Bank should ban these companies to do business and be associate with them but nobody cares about this and they also induldge in this kind of malpractice. Even if you watch late night TV shows for identification of STAR FACES which is completely managed and fraud with a common man but TV Channels broadcast these programmes by chrarging highly and they dont care about their VIEWERS and TV channels SAB BABA LOG KI POL KHOLTE HNE OR KHUD AISE PROGRAMME KO ENCOURAGE KARTE HNE, TOH ultimately everybody is here induldge to make money on any ground .

But I strongly condemn these type of fraud and managed malpractices.

I also agree about above points, this is fraud company and government should take strong action on it, I am also victim of this fraud cases. One executive of Dining plus call and he representative him self as bank employee and cheat me worth Rs 5499, now they are deaning to refund me my money as well as their representative doing wrong communication after this transaction.

So my dear friends don't believe such this call.
