DishTV — unwanted calls

Im Prashanth Vassishta, I used bsnl network sim, No-[protected], Now i disturbing unwanted calls from DISHTV DTH company daily 10 or more times, its realy irritates to me so i m seriously complients to DISHTV

Dish TV — Initially installed in wrong place

I had DishTr HD connection installed at my home on 2 August, 2011 by Dish Tv service engineers...But i never received the no. of channels tht were promised to me as a part of the subscription i made. However when i noticed this fact, i made a complaint regarding this stating that i do not get all the channels of the subscribed package to the customer care.
The customer care promised to send service engineer the very next day. But nobody came. After one month i made a complain again, and they promised that i won't be charged anything for this. Finally, they showed up and checked and concluded that it was not installed correctly. Co-incidently its the same engineer named 'Hasim' who made the initial installation. After talking to senior manager 'Harijit' of Dish Tv i had to pay Re-installation charges(For no mistake of mine). Wire renewal took another hefty amount. I have been paying Rs 375 per month for the service that i hav not been getting since installation, and now i pay the re-installation charges again inspite of the full installation charge of Rs 1425 paid to the mechanic.Needless to say about the loss of time and money i made on making several half hour calls to customer care.
I want to bring to point that in spite of making payment of full installation charges..why was i asked to pay re-installation charges..that too when its their fault..I was also hence deprived of the service for which i have been charged every month. Need Serious clarification.

Dish TV — Non charging of Vc no 01506252807

I have done Recharge of My VCno [protected] on[protected] at 12.30pm through your Dish Tv website at Rs 200.00.But Still that amount not reflecting in My dish tv account.But from my bank account Rs 200.00 is debited and that transaction id is ICONN/36847435/021211/CCAVENUE.COM.So i have called Dish Tv customer care but they are answering irresponsibly and also i wrote a mail regarding this issue on 02.12.2011 but there is no response .Kindly Take necessary action on this

Dish TV — they refuse to convert my vcr into multi

Dear sir, I am haveing 4 connections of dishtv and requested them to convert them into multy connection they refuse to do it saying my connections are old my v.v's no's are[protected], [protected], [protected],[protected] , And i had send them some 150 mails but they refuse to convert my connections into multy I request dishtv to do the same as early as possible as they can

Dish TV — very poor service

We are not getting service from DISH TV DTH. Some channels are blocked anytime. We are very frusstated about the service. WE do not suggest any one to buy DISH TV DTH. WE had made a mistak, other should not bear whatever we had beared.
