Dish TV — Alignment issue- no action for 3 weeks

Had very bad experience with Dish TV. I had a reallignment problem on 21st May 2011, due to which I was not receiveing the channels for which I paid for the month. Called customer service. They tried almost 1 Hr to fix it over phone and didn't succeed. They logged a complaint and assured that a techinicial will turn up with in 24 hrs. Technician didn't turn up for the entire week. In between, i will get call from Dish tv and they ask me to explain the same problem over and over again and they keep trying options. But no one will show up to realign the dish. I made lot of calls that week and every time they assure me saying techinicial will come with in 24 hrs.
Second week, they resolved my complaint without fixing the issue. When I called up they opened another complaint and then the same story followed for the 2nd consecutive week.
3rd week, they closed my 2nd complaint and opened a third one and the same story.
I lost lot of money calling Dish tv. finally when I asked the procedure to discontinue dish tv, technician came to my house on June 7th 2011. and it didnt take 2 mins for him to fix the issue.
This 3 weeks were torturous, keep following with Dish tv and getting same and nonsense answers from the customer support personals.

Finally asked for a waiver for these many days and they say no waivers. So finally decided to discontinue.Never in future, i'll opt for Dish Tv.

Dish TV — No found Amount

Dear Sir,

I have made a transaction from www.rechargeitnow.com to recharge my DISH TV no [protected] of INR 480.00 in 16th June /11.The amount is deducted from my SATE BANK OF INDIA Credit CARD . But at this time this amount not received in my dish TV account . So i kindly refund request has been forwarded to the concerned bank.

Dish TV — Account Not Activated for 2 months

Hi,

I had purchased DISH TV connection from the dealer Venkateshwara Enterprises on 23/05/2011.

From 29/07/2011 I have been contacting Dish TV customer care via calls and e-mails. Still my account is not activated.
Every time I contact them they say wait for 24 hours and they say that they would call me back on my mobile with in 15 minutes and thy never come.

Request you to consider this complain at the earliest as I have been patiently waiting for so many days.

Thank you for your help, I really appreciate that.
I had mailed and called them many times its of no use. Finally I had told them that I will wait on the current call and was on call for more than an hour, finally they are making some progress but still the account is not activated.

in past i was able to check may dish tv account on net by log in but this feature removed from dish tv site. inspite of this may power pack after six month recharge not activated on wantof phone no. updation. every one will surprise to know that my registerd mobile no. not changed since purchase of this dish tv connection. my latest register email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in. because of this cheating my subscription to power pack lost few days viewing . there is no answer by customer care weathr they tried to confirm registered mobile no?. I think companies are interested to keep people to be slave of them.
