[Resolved]  Dish TV, Ccavenue — Harassment by Dish TV and CCavenue

Dish tv is the most horrible DTH service in India, and CCavenue is the most unsecure online payment portal. I paid online for a connection on Thursday (7/4/2011), CCavenue has given me a receipt of the payment on Friday confirming the receipt of payment. But DISH Tv is refusing to honour it, refund my money, or give me a connection. That 24 hour delivery guarantee on their website is not being honoured . Their customer service is horrible. Neither them, nor their Nodal officers care to respond to emails or calls. . My CCavenue order number is HO-07/04/11CAL-36751.
I have a chain of emails I sent to their customer service ([protected]@dishtv.in), to their sales team reps ([protected]@dishtv.in, [protected]@dishtv.in). I forwarded the transaction confirmation email twice after they asked for it. They even asked for a screenshot of my ebanking page of the transaction (although it’s illegal). I sent that too. Yet, even after numerous calls and emails they are refusing to tell me the status.
I want my refund as well as claim damages for the harassment.

Even CCavenue refuses to receive the calls or reply to my emails.
