i have the same problem, this is not the first time that this has happened, every time we call the to inform this, their customer service agents have the same surprised reaction as if this is the first time they are hearing such an incident happening, its pretty disgusting that we dont have any resolution to this issue. i wonder how good is tata sky is in these matters

DishTV — activation problem
I have purchase a samsung 32"lcd tv with free dish tv connection . I have received a dishtv coupen from samsung, dishtv local dealer is installed the dish tv connection also. But last five days that connection is not activate. I have talk with dealer, company person, coustomer care. Infact i have mail the saf form copy also to customer care id . But no action hasbeen taken till date. I have paid all the money to local dealer. pl. solve my problem72%

Dish TV India Ltd — pathetic service during warranty
For the last four days I have been requesting the customer care to rectify my alignment, but no one is responding. Neither any technicians have visited us, I want to discard the connection and that also I am not being allowed.
