[Resolved]  DishTV & Paytm — Dish tv recharge through http:/m.Dishtv.In

I recharged my dishtv dth vide VC num : [protected] on 18-jun-2011 for rs. 450 through my credit card of standard chartered bank ending with 9593.

I opened the dishtv I.E. Dishtv.In on my mobile and it redirected to http:/M.Dishtv.In

I entered my VC num recharge amount and all the other details and then I was taken to the paytm gateway and from there I used the option of credit card to make the payment. I got the confirmation that the recharge is done and following details were shown on the confirmation page :

app name : one97web
txn identifier : 1223721
app trans ID : r0197wp1165186
app user : [protected]
bank trans ID : t78211

but till date i.e.11-jul-2011 the recharge amount has not been credited to my dishtv account and when I contacted dishtv customer care for about 10 times and writing around 5 emails to them along with the screenshots of my credit card statement, the reply I got from them is that the transaction does not belong to dishtv as in the credit card statement its showing in the name of designer jeans - paytm noida.

Seeing this I contacted paytm customer care through email and even after writing about 5 emails to them I am not getting any response..

Attached is the screenshot of my credit card statement which serves as a Proof that the Transaction was made...

Dish Tv/Reliable home care Services — Recharge Payment

Dear Sir ,
I recharge my connection By paying Amount 2520/= bearing Cheque No 510572 Canara Bank
paid at Faridabad Dated 04/11/09 Gold Package for One year Service .Again I paid a mount
thru Case on dated 6/11/09 Because Cheque is taking Time to Clearance .Now total amount
in my dish tv Should be 2730/=
But I am surprised when after 6 month Massage recived from dish tv that you have to recharge your
account .Than I complaint to dish tv than again some amount is transfer to my account to recharge
Now Again I am getting massage to recharge your account .This is happening because Dis Tv not taken
Proper action against Dealer /distributer Reliable Home Care.Faridabad .

I have called and email Dishtv Customer care around 10 times but got no resolution..

I encountered the same problem on same date, I think there is some major problem with dish tv payment gateway, but I am happy to say that I have been refunded entire amount of yearly subsciption with interest by hdfc bank.
Make a strong correspondence with the following for recovering your money
1. Paytm
2. Your bank
3. Dish tv

Thanks M Nair, for lwtting me know that there were other people also that got effected with this fault...

I have been in touch with Paytm as well as Dishtv for this.

5 days back I recieved a call that I will get my money back with 7-14 working days. :)

Please let us know if you do not recieve the amount in the bank account in 7 - 14 days. Please contact us directly at [protected]@paytm.com.
I already contacted your customer suport at [protected]@paytm.com and some person named Vinod replied to me and even after replying many times I didn't got any further response from him...


Also I recieved call from Dish TV around 15 days back saying that I will recieve the credit 7-10 days but till date I have not recieved the amount...

Shall I wait for another 10 days as per your comment...
I paid 2000 rs for family pack.it should be subscribed till oct 2012.my no is [protected].
