[Resolved]  Dna Newspaper — Non receiving of newspaper

Wish to know if there is really a problem in the supply of news paper. for the past 2 days ( 17th and 18th dec) my vendor says that there is no paper supply from DNA is it right?. i stay in cheddanagar.please reply

We have shifted from TOI to DNA since last 6 months. Geetha Agency(he serves to our aprtment, Crescent Opulent, 13th main, 12th cross, BTM 2nd stage, bangalore) had been regularly serving us until last month we made sure that he takes the right amount for the newspaper. (he always took aroubd rs15 more than what he should). This month he served the newspaper till 16th properly, now abruptly stopped the newspaper. He had always been saying that DNA will close. Now I would like to know from DNA office WHAT IS THEIR PLAN????

DNA news paper is the worst news paper I have ever seen and the service (promised to supply news paper regularly and in time) is the worst I have ever availed. I subscribed the news paper for one year and at the time of subscription they promised me that they will start the news paper from Oct'08 onwards, but they started that by Dec'09. They did not send anybody to collect the coupon and also they did not give the newspaper. When called they said to contact local news paper vendor. When contacted the local news paper vendor, he asked to give Rs200/- as delivery charge. When I asked the DNA call centre, they told that, yes you have to pay the same. But they promised that there is no extra charge towards the delivery. I paid Rs 200/- to the vendor, in between the vendor stopped the paper for 2 months, and now the vendor stopped the paper, though I have the coupon with me, when asked the vendor, the vendor says that the scheme is already finished, so you have to contact the DNA office. But When I try to connect the DNA office, it is hardly reachable.

Can anybody suggest me how to file a consumer case against the DNA paper. This is my suggestion that nobody should purchase the DNA paper.

AFTER COMPLAINING ALSO, I HAVE NEITHER RECD. ANY REPLY FROM COMPANY NOR I AM RECEIVING MY NEWSPAPER.

I AM HAVING PRE-PAID SUBSCRIPTION BOOKLET OF DNA OF RS.449/ & MY BOOKLET NO. IS 1993724. I AM NOT RECEIVING MY NEWSPAPER SINCE LAST ONE MONTH. I HAVE MADE COMPLAINT TO MR. VAIBHAV (MOBILE NO. [protected]) WORKING IN DNA FOR MALAD ZONE. I HAVE CALLED SO MANY TIMES, BUT HALF THE TIME HE DOES NOT PICK UP THE PHONE & WHEN HE PICK UP THE PHONE, HE IS NOT BOTHERED TO LISTEN ALSO & HE REPLIED WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO CAN DO.

PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM .

BUT I AM NOT SATISFIED THAT YOU GIVE JUST HALF PAGE FOR KIDS EVENTS AND INFORMATION.
I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE PUBLISH ONE PAGE OR ONE EXTRA COPY ON WEEKLY BASIS FOR CHILDRENS ACTIVITY AND INFORMATION ABOUT THE EDUCATION, HEALTH, GIVE SOME PUZZELS OR GAMES OR STORY. TO INCREASE THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND HABIT OF READING A NEWS PAPER.
I ALSO REQUST YOU TO PUBLISH ONE EXTRA COPY FOR JOBS AND CARRIER GUIDE.

I am a regular DNA suscriber since launch of the same and i like the paper, In February of each year we give cheque to our vendor, our vendor is Mr. R.K Yadav, Lokhandwala, Millat nagar chowk, Mumbai 53 Andheri (W).This year they charged Rs.499/ in the form of cheque but we are getting information from new customers that, DNA charging only Rs.450/ and giving some token of apprication in the form of gifts that we haven't received ever since DNA inception.Even we are not getting coupons, its with our Vendor no problem he is taking care, But my main concern is not getting full informations of schemes if DNA launched through our vendor.Really its hard to understand why this treatment for old customer like us .Kindly let me know what what schemes you had lanched form the inception of DNA and why the benefits not reached to me.

Dear sir,

I have not received paper till date to my vendor. but i was taking payment of Rs 449/- cheque no. 402201 which is cleared on 28/05/2010. in between i have received one call of DNA team for paper related. i told to him please dont put my cheque in bank for clearing but my cheque is clear on 28/05/2010.

So request to you that please refund my money as soon as possible.

Dna Newspaper — Not received subscription

I have subscribed for the newspaper since July 1, 2010 have not received the same yet.
No one picks the phone in the office and the number at the back of the receipt is not available.

DNA NEWS PAPERS — Cheque cleared but not recd the coupons

Hi,

I have given two cheques for annual subscription of dna newspaper in bombay juhu area and both the cheques have been cleared as showing in my account, spoken to the concern person mr. vijay singh to whom i had submitted the cheque, not responding well, still till now i have not recd the coupons because of which my vendor is not supplying the paper.

Would you pls let me know how to go about.

Because this was not expected from one of the largest supplying news paper in india.

Sir, yor news reporter Mr. Shanmugam is cheating people int he name of repoter. He collects some news and he demands more amount where ordinary people unable to pay. He blackmails people telling that he will release news if we wont pay money what he asks. He says that he know all police and other DNA staff where whatever news he gives it will be accepted eventhough it is false news.

Pls dont cheat ordinary people in the name of news agency.

DNA is a bluff master hungry for customers money without any services i think they have to close the news paper and ask for beg on the service bridge i had applied for DNA subcription as well transfer the required money before one month after that i got a receipt for the same then after only i got the verification call and then babji ka churn(Bluff) i didnt received any coupons or news paperfrom them and every day i am trying to call in dna customer service but all the phone nos. have bull not getting any of them i didnt expect this kind of service from media like this i think some authority has to take strict action against this because due to this kind of media companis leads to make bad imprssion as well trust on another media also.

year subscription as per your scheme but after 50 days i have neither received
any anuual subscription coupen but i have received a call from your office for

property exhibition of mchi at saryoday mall kalyan and was assured
that the coupon booklet will reach me by 1st Feb 2011. But till date
it has not reached yet. pls look into the matter and resolve it at the
earliest. Your phone executive do not entertain me and do not take my
complaint. Expecting to resolve the matter cordially and peacefully if
not then I will have to escalate the matter further. Expecting a
prompt reply and callback tomorrow morning.
