[Resolved]  Dr. Batra Homeopathy — Fraud doctors

My friend suggested me of consulting Dr. Batra's clinic for getting a hair treatment. Without wasting a second, I took an appointment at Dr Batra's Clinic at Malviya nagar, Jaipur for next day at 12:30 PM (since i am facing a severe hairloss) . The girl who confirmed my appointment said at last " Ma'am...Please aa jaiyega". After that i just thought for checking the reviews of this clinic and found this page! And then my reaction was like...Oh my God! Where was i going??
On the next day i received 5 SMS from that clinic and 2calls (may be because i wasn't able to pick the first one) reminding me for my appointment. At 12:00pm i picked their call and asked to cancel my appointment. She asked the reason why. I told them the true story.(hehe)...that i saw your reviews and decided not to go. The girl on the other side said " okay..no problem
I was like...Okay..that was easy !!
But then at 5:00 pm i got a call from an unknown mobile no. A guy was there at the other side. He started like " ma'am apka appointment tha 12:00 baje ka. aap aye kyun nhi. apki wajah se hume itni mushkile hui. baki patients ko itna wait karna pada. apko appointment cancel karne me ek minute lagta hai par hume bahut problem hoti hai. aage se kabhi appintment lo to soch samajh ke lena." and banged the phone.
Even when i had cancelled my appointment at 12:00 pm ( my appointment time was 12:30 pm), i didn't get how these guys had to face such big problems because of me
At the end i felt " lutne se bach gaye aj toh".

This is to inform you that we visited Dr.Batra’s clinic at Minto Park branch for my daughter Hridisha Sen. She had 2 episodes of Pneumonia previously and was under treatment for Asthma. Since March 2014 she did not need inhalers and doctor advised only antiallergic medicine when needed . My daughter is prone to cough and cold during the seasonal change and usually she falls sick during the monsoon That is why we went to Dr Batras clinic in april 2015 and briefed her case history with the reports .We consulted with Dr. Chiranjib Kundu, he influenced us to go for annual package and we have accept the proposal and paid Rs.15, 900/-(Bill No:KOL/15-16/71 dt 10 Apr 2015, Patient code :[protected].Doctor assured us that the treatment will be for ALLERGIC RHINITIS AND SHE WILL BE ABLE TO RESIST because the treatment will hit her IGE LEVEL . From then onward Hridisha was under treatment and was given medicines by Dr Supra Paul .without any prescription . on a monthly basis .But in August 2015 hridisha started sneezing and felt sick .She was given medicine by Dr Paul but her condition did not improve . We have asked Dr Paul Whether the treatment is enough to combat the ailment . Dr Paul assured us that she did not need antibiotics and will be fine after taking the medicines .Hridisha visited Dr Supra Paul again on 7th September 2015 because her breathing trouble was increasing and was feeling very sick . Doctor checked her and again gave some medicine . But her condition detoriated and we consulted Dr Ashok Sengupta at Apollo Gleneagles Hospital . He diagnosed the symptoms as asthma and started immediately with oral steroid and prescribed inhalers also .Hridisha was advised to take rest for 7 days .We have informed Dr Chiranjib Kundu on 10th Sep.2015 that we do not want to continue the treatment at Batra’s clinic and request him to refund money, he took two days for the feed back but not yet we got any feed back from his side. Therefore we are informing the whole matter to you because Dr Paul has failed to diagnose and the medicines did not work. Please refund the money.a

really its a fake thing, please dont believe this i have wasted 30K money in dr batra specially pune aundh branch, doctors and staff are rude

Hi i am rashid, i had done one year hair loss treatment at dr. Batra clinic in dubai health care city branch. And my id as a peasant is[protected].
Friends, please try to understand dr. Batra is totally fraud, the doctors are just doing experiments on peasants because they doesn't have any experience about the hair fall treatment.in one year treatment i have lost more hair and also i got skin problems because of their medicine. After one year course i have shocked when the doctor told me that, the hair will start more falling if i left the treatment and it was true. Because after leaving the treatment i founded horrible hair fall during bathing. Believe me friends dr. Batra is a waste of money, waste of time and the waste of more hair. It was a very very bad experience with dr. Batra clinic.
The treatment costs me aed 3500 a year but zero benefits.

And doctors at vmall-kandivali east talk about vastu shastra of my house to get sorted and because of vastu and all, condition worsened. Do these doctors have a valid degree as well?

They should be put behind bars for disabling a person.

Its totally fraud. I was suffering from skin itching (redish granula type spots), I have been treated by 3 doctors at sector-14 clinic at Gurgaon but none of them get success. I paid there 13, 500 Rs for treatment for one year, they asked me to come for every month eventhough after 5 months they called me after 15 days and was giving small granulla type sweet tablets. I have taken treatment for 9 months, everytime Doctor's were saying that next time you will feel better, but till date I didn't get any benefit, although I have been sufferd from side effects like pimples near armpits so I have stopped the treatment. So I don't believe this dr. Batras.

Dr. Batra's Clinic, Malleshwaram Bangalore: I wanted treatment for my wife and daughters. One issue was hairfall in patches, another one pimples and the third Hypothyroidism. The Malleshwaram clinic in Bangalore successfully persuaded me to pay Rs 40, 500 (Rs 15000 each less total discount of Rs 4500). The monthly prefixed appointments and waiting in the AC lobby looked fine. When no improvement was seen in any of the three cases even after six months of treatment, I requested for intervention/review of a senior doctor. But in spite of several requests other than free extension of treatment I was not given a serious or satisfactory remedy.. After 15 months o[censored]seless treatment, when I was directed to pay another 40, 500 I was forced to stop their treatment. Rather than a complaint, I want this to be shown as a warning to prospective patients of Dr. Batras Clinic. One of the patient number is 734448, name Gopika

I was taking a medication for Skin disorder since 2013 at Dr.Batra Positive Homeopathy Clinic Located at Baroda Gujarat Initially they told me that your problem will be cured within 1 year. But nothing happened even after four years. This fraud doctors just suppresses your disease but not cure them. In November I asked the one question to Dr.Dani at Baroda regarding not curing the problem after that not a single call from Clinic regarding the next appointment or remind me for the visit.They will serve you water and tea BUT THEY WILL NEVER CURE YOU!!!

Dr batra they just sell me package. Dr batra just want money. Batra play with petient felling?

i use batra drug about for a year in agra (U.P) and i didn't see result. dr batra i faurd . they doing bussiness staff was free sweet like sweet knife .

0 %% result and I loss my hair because of Dr. batra treatment

Dr.Batra's hospital(especially Marathahalli branch, Bangalore) is such an useless hospital I have even seen in my life. I took the treatment for hair fall, doctor did not check my hair condition, see used to ask few questions and then say go and collect the medicine. I paid money for one year treatment I went there for consultancy for six months, there were no change in the treatment. I fed up with that useless treatment and stopped going there for treatment..

we won't get money worth treatment in Dr.Batra's. Friends don't go there and waste your money.

Please do not go to corporate doctors, especially Dr. Batras. One of the big money eaters. They are just behind money and they don't care on the man kind. We took a treatment for hair loss and they charged 15000 for 2 years. At the end of 2 years we dint see any change in the treatment. Its waste of buying their products also. Instead of buying Dr. Batras products, please buy Himalaya products which are much better.

I had been to Dr batras last year, they recommended me to go for skin peel sessions and during the session the person who performs this activity burnt a part of my face leaving a dark black scar on my face and now it is not going, I think that lady doesn't know anything so please be carefull.

Harassment by doctor

Dr. Usha(Gynaecologist) is doing wilfull harassment and fraud by demanding amounts for medicine-bills more than actually made out / for medicine bills already paid up.

Dr Batra's is the the worst service ever, they are frauds who will do anything to get the payment in full from you in the first instance, after which they wont even treat. Everytime I went for my appointment they made me wait after 40-60minutes, when i finally saw the docs, we would be interrupted several times by clinic staff. I didnt rcv my prescription for a month (which was promised to be sent after a week) until i finally called to ask for the prescription. They will also do any type of insurance fraud and will give you extra bills w/o asking for them. When I asked to discontinue my treatment after 2 appointments, they refuse to give my money back. The worst customer service.
