SIR, -THE CONSIGNMENT NO.B71476843 BOOKED ON 15/06/11 PROMISED TO BE DELIVERD WITHIN 03 DAYS HAS NOT YET BEEN DELIVERED. - COMPLAINTS BOOKED VIDEFDB[protected]/7/11 AND FDB[protected]/7/11, WERE FUTILE NO RESPONSE RECEIVED FROM COMPANY, NEITHER THE COMPLAINT WAS ADDRESSED. - HAVE BEEN CONSTANTLY CALLING UP THE CUSTOMER CARE AND THE BRANCH OFFICE BUT THEY DONT HAVE ANY REPLY ON THE SUBJECT CONSIGNMENT.NOT EVEN THE MANAGER MOB NO. DTDC is becoming famous for their inefficient delivery system. They are taking the heavy transportation charges but neglecting the customer service. I always recomend EMS Speedpost. Atleast they are more reliable and quicker.
Again, when your delivery point goes a little bit interior, you can clearly see the difference and Govt. Post (EMS Speedposty) beats all private courier services.
History tells that neglecting customer, specially like you (Vary Important Govt. Official, at least I feel from your designation, dedicated soul to motherland) the company is just started to ignite red light on it's TOP.

DTDC Couriers — Non delivery of goods
Sent a courier from Mumbai to Pune on 24th Jun 09. The parcel reached Pune on 25th after which it was not delivered for a week...on inquiry the staff at Khar (W) branch was not help full. Pune office had no explanation when contacted, Am sending a written complain to DTDC,(a) No attempt to contact the receipt was made in spite of the Mobile nos provided.
(b) The sender was not informed of non delivery even after a week (in spite of promising next day delivery)
(c) The non reaching of the papers has cost me monetarily.
