[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd. — LATE DELIVERY | |||
i booked a parcel for DELHI and PUNE from jabalpur on 12/02/03. I enquired with collecting centre rep and confirmed that parcels will be delivered latest by 14/02/13 1000hrs(thursday). I planned for two full working days for my papers to be processed. To my horror the pkg for Pune was delivered on 14/02/13 evening and the Delhi one was more disappointing as it was delivered only on 15/02/13 in the evening(ALL GOVT OFFICES CLOSED) and that too after close monitoring with the despatch office at Jabalpur.The very purpose o[censored]sing courier ahead of speed post completely lost.I lost out on valuable time and it has been a hugely stressfull experience with DTDC.I would rate it the most useless courier agency of the country.The least one can expect is that there responsible functionaries at least try to call me up and find out the cause and prevent repeats of such harrowing experiences. This is nothing but daylight loot of innocent customers. I sent a courier to Agra through this courier company on 21 oct 10 from its SUPER FRANCHISEE, branch, Meerut.They told me it will be delivered on 22 oct 10.But it was not delivered on till date. what are doing the all persons I called daily to SUPER FRANCHISEE, office but could not get satisfactory response.The consignment no.is Z0763859

This is to inform that I placed a cheque for delivery at one of the DTDC centres at Mumbai(Malad) on 27/10/2009.The person in charge assured me that by 30/10/2009 it will; reach the destination that is Kolkata.
It reached Kolkata on 05/11/2009.The destination was my Share Broker.I hope you can understand the money as well as reputation loss that I can make in such situations....
I repeatedly mailed them at [protected]@dtdc.com and [protected]@dtdc.com..But they gave wrong reports which did not match with the reports that were availabe from their website.
I again complained them...but no response till date..Detals are given below

I HAVE BOOKED COURIER FROM INDORE ON 07/03/2011 WITH THE URGENT SERVICE SO THEY CHARGED ME FOR THEIR FAST SERVICE AND ASSURED ME TO DELIVER MY PARCEL ON NEXT DAY BUT IT IS NOT DONE ON TIME,IT DELIVERED ON 10/03/2011.IT SHOULD BE DELIVERED ON 08/03/2011 BECAUSE MY BOOKING IS WITH THEIR PRIME TIME PLUS(NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY SERVICE).
