[Resolved] Dtdc Courier — Non delivery of consignment | |
Hi This is bring your notice that consignment was delivered from Gurogan via DTDC Courier service on 27.06.2012 and with the no:Z65364354 to Mumbai and same has not been received in Mumbai till 10th of July'12.I have contacted the DTDC team several time ( Abishek-Ph :[protected] and same has been dispatched to Kochin and to Delhi their after I have not received a satisfactory explanation on enquiry on the status. I was send a letter on 22/09/08 throuh DTDC courier vide consignment no M36155856 from Nagpur to Patna. but after 5 days this consignment have not delevered I was also send the 3 to 4 mails to the DTDC Complaint Centre but simply says the consignment will be delivered today.So Please take and advice necessary action in this regards.

DTDC Courier — Non delivery of a consignment
I have not received a consignment having consignment no- q17399385 sent on 18th October from Allahabad and i am also unable to track down my ticket as i am being provided wrong information and there is a total lack of communication and ethics.This is a case of total negligence due to which i am incurring huge losses. So plz intervene and sort this thing out as soon as possible.

With reference to the "Courier Consignment Note no.K32281256" I would like to made the complaint. The above consignment was booked on 06.12.08 from Santoshpur, Kolkata to be delivered to the addressee at Pune. It was an important consignment and delivery on time was a must-which the DTDC promised while accepting the consignment.
However even after lapse of 15 days when the consignment did not reach to the consignee I enquired at the DTDC from where I booked and found in utter surprise that the consignment is still there. On enquiry they replied that consignment got returned due to some address problem. While I asked why they have not informed me the same earlier (as both the phone nos. were mentined by me on the envelop), they could not provide any justification.
Subsequently I mad a compliant with the company but without and fruitful outcome.
While the same letter/consignment got delivered within a day by First Flight courier.
It proved that DTDC is a calous and iresponsible organisation as well as they cheat the customers. The company should be severely punished both financially as well as restricting their buisness.
Awaiting for the redressal of my compliant please

JK CORP LTD. — Non-Delivery of Consignment
I had booked one consignment vide Consignment Note No. Z87117341 dated 04.03.2008 at your ITO Branch located rear side of Nehru House, Ground Floor. At the time of booking the above consignement I checked with your Mr. Shiv Kumar that by what time it will be delivered to the recipient and Mr. Shiv Kumar assured me that it will be delivered today i.e. 05.03.2009 before noon. But till this time this has not been delivered to the recipient. I am continuously following-up with Mr. Shiv Kumar and every time his reply is that it will be delivered today positively.You will appreciate that purpose o[censored]gency is defeated if the item sent through courier is not delivered on the stipulated time and being some urgent documents this was sent through courier otherwise we could have sent it through normal dak.
I am continuously trying to contact at your customer care and once I could get through the line and enquired about the status of delivery of the above consignement alternately Mr. Sahid at your customer care told me to check the status from the concerned booking office i.e. ITO. Also I request him to get me connected some body at senior level but the same has not been done. I therefore ask from you if it a business like.
Also I am very much upset of lie statment made by your Mr. Shiv Kumar of ITO Branch that our courier boy has come back that recipient side did not receive the consignement. On this, we checkup with the recipient and we were told that no corier by from DTDC came to us till this time.
Keeping in view the urgency and seriousness of the matter, you please look into the matter and return with right status as per return mail.

The Consingment No. is z87980356 but the same was returned back by the DTDC Francisee, Ladoo Sarai only after calling me and even after my request that i will collect on the same day the same was returned without visited to my address and till date same are not returned to the sender. What action can be initiated against him and tell me the party thereof.

DTDC service is verymuch disappointing.my consignment (no.K[protected] SENT FROM KALYANI (DT. NADIA, WEST BENGAL) reached jaipur branch of DTDC on 11.5.2009 from where it was to reach jaipur national university, jagatpura, jaipur-302025. but it could not be delivered till today(13.5.09) this time (1553 hrs.) resulting non -listing of the applicant's name (consignment containing the candidate's application alongwith demand draft ) for admission test in that very Institution. how a consignment could not be delivered in the same city within 2 days of its reach on the local office of jaipur ?
I am very much dissapointed by the way DTDC has given their service. I sent my courier through DTDC plus. This service promise's one for the delivery to be done in 48 hours. But it has been more than 4 days that the delivery has not been done. After making umpteen amount of phone calls there was no proper response. Due to their poor service i have a lost a lot of time as well as my money. I will never recommend DTDC to any of my friends. The online service is worst than they provide their courier service.
Their online service is never updated on time, their site cannot track the consignment. How can a courier company which offers a service as "DTDC Plus" cannot make the delivery on the said time?

LET ME TELL YOU THAT YOUR DEPT IS A BUNCH OF NON PROFESSIONAL .YOU TAKE THE MONEY YOU WANT FOR GIVING SERVICE BUT YOU PEOPLE AALWAYS HAVE THE HABIT OF LETTING YOU CUSTOMERS DOWN.
WHY ON EARTH CAN'T YOU DO JUSTICE TO THE BRAND NAME YOU CARRY. I HAD BOOKED A CONSINGNMENT IN SRINAGAR ON 24TH OF JUNE 09 WITH THY ASSURANCE THAT THE CONSIGNMENT WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 24 HRS. FORGET ABOUT 24 HRS MY CONSIGNMENT HAS NOT REACHED THE DESTINATION EVEN AFTER 100 HRS. I HAVE LOST RS 20 LAKHS DUE TO THE DELAY.

I am a resident of Bangalore and I sent a consignment on 1-08-09 through DTDC courier services, Hanumath nagar(Bangalore) and the officials said and made sure to me that it'll take two days time to reach its destination but today is the fifth day i.e 05-08-09 and they haven't delivered it yet and when I am calling to track it down they are all clueless and not responding in a professional way. This kind of behaviour towards the customer is highly unethical and irresponsible and because of there negligence and rudeness I am bound to lodge this complain against them hoping that some serious actions would be taken against them. The DTDC lacks cusotmer service and also quality of work as complare to their rivals in the market.

However to my surprise the courier is still not reached to its destination and surprised with service this company promises to its customer without having efficient people in its staff. The courier contains my medicalim papers ofor worth Rs.25000/- and if any damage is caused due to the negligence from the DTDC entire damage will paid any the company itself.
I therefore, request to order the company to deliver the below consigmnent to the new address mentioned below on priorirty as the delay is already caused me mental harrasement.

I sent a letter to Sri debanjan Ghosh 4 Loknath Chatterji Lane, Shibpur Howrah on 4.8 2008 from Burdwan but till date the consignment has not been delivered.A false report has been furnished stating that the house was locked which is next to impossible because the destination is a residence of 16 members joint family .
