[Resolved]  Dtdc Courier — Fake delivery

Dear sir /madam
A COURIER containing cheque worth Rs 13000(thirteen thousand) of scholarship money was sent to me (lucknow)from ALIGARH in the first week of december2009. At that time i was out of lucknow and my flat was locked.On returning in jan 2010 upon enquiring from aligarh i have come to know that they have already sent it to me by dtdc.I consulted dtdc lucknow and they told me the same courier has been delivered on[protected].I asked my neighbours if they received it?but no onegot it.Again i consulted dtdc for the delivery details(DRS).But irrespective of several requests they are not giving satisfactory answer.
Please guide me what should I do?They are cheating me from last two months.

1/3 ,Virandavani, Sahara state ,Jankipuram Lucknow-226021(UP)

in the month of december 09.Till now i havn't got it.After enquiring
from DTDC office Rohit Bhawan,Hazratganj LKO they told me it
has been delivered on 10-12-09.At this date i was outside Lucknow and
my flat was locked.After asking to whom they delivered?they are
ignoring me from last one week.It is their fault ,they should return
it as i was not present.The courier contained cheque worth RS
13000(thirteen thousand).

Please take necessary action and let me know to whom it has been delivered?

Dear sir /madam

irrespective of my as well as your effort i haven't got DRS till
now.as you know the courier contained cheque of scholarship granted to
me by (IDB)MUSLIM EDUCATION TRUST(MET).And your frenchisee handed it
over to a wrong person.Due to his fault i couldn't got it.also you
have failed to manage the DRS.Lastly i have decided to request MET to
resend the new cheque.that's why plz send me a mail addressing "muslim
education trust,abul fazl enclave,new delhi" mentioning the detail
that due to your fault it has not reached to me or it has missed...
like that, and convincing him to resend the cheque,so that i could
forward it to MET with my request mail.This is the only way.
hope to seek your kind favour.

these couriers only care about corporate/bulk deals as this is a high volume / low margin business . So individual customers .. please stay away from these courier ( except big/expensive ones like DHL ) and stick to good old Speed Post, if you want assured delivery, albeit with a delay
