[Resolved]  DTDC — Loss of docket in transit

I would like to bring to your notice, difficulties faced myself due to loss of docket in transit by DTDC.
Had been writing to the customer support since months but there's no reply from them.

Attached herewith all the conversation we had




Still Awaiting reply........



Its almost two months now,.........
