[Resolved] DTDC — Lost of shipment (DTDC CC NO.- Z[protected] | |||
Sir/Mam I have done some online shopping from YEBHI and my shipment was sent by AFL courier from GURGAON to MOGA (Airway bill number: [protected]). But there service was not available in Moga region so they sent my courier through DTDC from LUDHIANA to MOGA (DTDC CC NO.- Z[protected]. As I ordered a wrong size so YEBHI helpline said me to refuse to accept the courier and I did the same on Nov 24,2011. Till now the courier has not been sent back and I am unable to trace the courier. DTDC site is showing DELIVERED status. I have enquired from MOGA office about courier, they said that they have returned it to LUDHIANA office[protected], [protected]).But still I am unable to trace it .I have been calling LUDHIANA office (Mr. Batra) from last three months but did not get any positive response.Every time Mr. Batra will say that your case has been forwarded to Delhi office so wait for few days. Please look into the matter deeply and take a quick action as more than three months have passed in this issue and I am having a lot of inconvenience. I will be waiting for you positive response. I have also attached a jpeg file of my email correspondence with company. But after that no reply has come from their side.
