[Resolved] DTDC — Parcel not delivered | |||
I ordered a book through sapnaonline.com on 9th MAY 2013. I got the shipment detail in my mail box that You should receive the shipment within 2-3 working days. You can track the status of your shipment by accessing the below link - •Courier: DTDC •Consignment ID: b93392355 13th MAY 2013 i checked the status in DTDC website. In remarks they mentioned that "Madiwala Branch - Attemted, Party not available". Which is absolutely a false statement. Again 14th MAY 2013 I checked the same in DTDC website. i shocked after seeing the status that "Shipment returned due to incomplete address". I have given my complete address with postal code (All my bank statements, Postals, Parcels are recieved in the same address). And also given my mobile no. I don't even recieve a single call from their end. Simply they put some false statements without visiting my address. Several times i called madiwala branch. but they din't respond. DTDC customercare no. also always busy. Herewith i've attached Sapna Invoice and DTDC final Status. DTDC — Parcel not delievered
Dear SirI couriered a parcel from Alaknanda , Kalkaji by DTDC on 28th Oct 09. After 5 days when it was not deleiverd at the mentioned address same in delhi only. I enquired about the parcel and found that it was delievered on wrong address. Now after too much efforts by me..the people from DTDC are unable to track that parcel. What Should be my next move ...Plz suggest.

I have send one my bycycle through DTDC on 14-March-2011 from Orissa (Paradip) to Uttar Pradesh (Varanasi), but till 05-April-2011delivery not made, I was my imotional sentement with that bycyle because of my son and his mother has pass away.

I had sent some documents through DTDC on 3rd August 2012 from hyderabad to be sent to Jeddah, saudi arabia. I still await the delivery. To add to this vertually no number given on custumer care is attended. There are some number which do not exist. This is enough to prove that they do not have basic sincerity to respond to telephone. I even did not receive any reply to my mails which i sent so many times. This is a bogus currier service. Please never ever use it.

My parcel from homeshop18.com bearing dtdc courier awb no D17372784 is not reached yet.
I checked from dtdc website which shows the product is at Sambalpur dtdc from last 07th march.
I Was call so many time to sambalpur office but they did not respond.when i was Mail to bhubaneswar dtdc
They only asking my delivery address.i did not understand why they asking my address.
Are they tear the parcel ?

Issue resolved. parcel no M09412613, booked on 02.08.2014 to jaipur from nagpur, reached at jaipur office of DTDC on 04.08.2014 but till date (11.08.2014) not delivered. complete address with mobile number clearly mentioned. there is no response from customer care representatives even after more than 50 calls.

This parcel supposed to deliverd with in 48 hours, but this is not yet delivered. Now its more than 80 hours.I am not satisfy with DTDC parcel service, so please take some serious steps and enquiry about why this is not delivered on time.

This is to notify you that I had booked a packet on 4th Oct., Doc# is Z33104285.
It’s a month from the day when it was booked but still its not delivered to the destination nor returned to me. This packet was reached to the MAHABUBNAGAR SUPER FRANCHISEE, MAHABUBNAGAR on 7th Oct. I did my regular follow-ups with this branch and every time they told me that there is no service of DTDC and they have sent it back.
Request you all to take a quick action as I am really fed up with it. I can’t expect it from DTDC really very worst experience.
This packet is to be delivered to the addressee at the earliest by any mode(Speed post if there is no service of DTDC) and after a month gone I don’t need this packet returned.

Parcel — No Trace in your web site
Sir,I was send to parcel by speed post from chennai to Ireland and another one letter to Nagercoil. The parcel was booked on 02 May 2009. Booking number is ET[protected]IN and ET[protected]IN. I was trace two days there is no trace available on their official site http://www.indiapost.gov.in/speednet/track.htm.
Kindly look in to the metter.
