[Resolved]  Airtel — DTH

I have been Airtel DTH subscriber since Jan’10.

I took this subscription in Vadodara, Gujarat. My Customer ID is: [protected].

I have been recently transferred to Ranchi, Jharkhand. On 14th Aug, I made a call at contact center and request for re-installation of DTH at my residence in Ranchi. They booked a slot (Request no #[protected] for same for 5:00 PM on 15th Aug’10. They also informed me that they will give me call half an hour before coming to my residence

I waited entire day on 15th; I did not got any call and no one visited my residence.

On 16th Aug, I got a call saying that your issue has been resolved. I informed them that no one has visisted nor the reinstallation has happened. He informed me that needful will be done on 16th and I will receive a call back. No call back received.

On 17th Aug, I again gave a call at contact center regarding the same issue, they took the complain[protected] and informed me that issue will be resolved before 12:35 PM on 19th Aug. I am writing this mail at 6:45 PM on 18th Aug with confidence that resolution will not come within TAT.

I have written 3 mails to [protected]@Airtel.in. Attached are all the three mails. I have not received revert except for automated replies. Also attached are the reverts.

I have also filled the Grievance redressal form at your website but till date I am waiting for revert.

My concerns:
- I am without services from last 5 days.
- Balance is getting deducted daily
- I have no clue when I will receive the services.

To summarize, I am fed up with the pathetic services and ill treatment.

I am myself working in Customer Service area. However this is my Worst Customer Service experience.

i have two dth connections linked to my cell phone [protected] of Tamilnadu. the customer Id [protected] is a HD recorder and i had not recharged for the past 3 months as my son was preparing for his +2 exams. now that exams are over and I recharged..i found that my recorder has been deactivated...my channels are coming but no recording can be done..this is gross insufficiency of service..
also i was unable to see my earlier recordings during my period of short discontinuity...
i[censored] dont resolve this in four days on or before 28th march 2014, either i will shift to Tata Sky or sue u in consumer court for deficiency of service..
