[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson / W20 — Earspeaker problem & disconnection switch

Handset purchased on 14th Aug., 2010. Started facing problem within 45 days and handed over set at RT Outsourcing Services Ltd., - Baroda on 1st Oct., 2010 vide Workorder NO. SE310BRD12705, with a committment that set will be repaired and will handover wihin 10 days. Today at 12th day even service center passing on the message that expected to be ready by 20th Oct., 2010. For a new models like this, problem within 45 days and not getting serviced in short time is not a good approach by service centre even. This will throw away the trust on a company.

Sony Ericsson — Disconnect the number

respecte sir/madam,

iam nizamoddin from hyderabad and i mobile is theft in bus.plz disconnect the number urgent for incoming and outgoing calls also.my mobile number is [protected].it is having validity for eight months plz take the complaint and disconnect as earily as possible.

sony w20 — model complaint

i had purchased new sony mobile w20 xylo model sliding model with in one month i had problem sliding strip when i open set automatically display will became black so there was problem in this model so pls dont purchase this model ther also no proper response

Dear Friend,
My name is nowshad on 10th august 2010 i have purchased a sony ericsson mobile w20 zylo
for INR 8380/- after 3 months on 17 october 2010 which ever calls i make or receive were
unable to hear callers voice so i used to talk through activating loud speaker then very next
day i gave my sony ericsson mobile in sony ericsson authorised service center for
service but the person in that service centre said it will take 21 working days time
to make it repair because they dont have a spare device to rectify my mobile
problm.wen they a launch a new model why only this sony ericsson company
dont have a spare device ......

Sony Ericsson / W20 — DELAY IN RETURNING THE MOBILE

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I bought a mobile handset of Sony Ericsson (W20) on 18/09/2010 and it stopped working on 31/10/2010 so, I gave it in the Nehru Plzce Service Center of Sony Ericsson (INTARVO - NEHRU PLACE) on 02/11/2010 with the work order no: SE310INP11178. SInce then, I have continuously been chasing them but they haven't yet returned the handset to me after repairing the same. In fact, there's no update from their end, when I'll get my handset back.

After following with them for 15 days, I registered a complaint on their customer support no woth the COMPLAINT NO: 88877595 on 16/11/2010 but there's no response even from these people. Now, it has been 15 days since i gave my handset for repairing but it's still lying with them without any result.

So, I kindly request you to plz look into this and help me out to get my handset back after repairing, as soon as possible.
