I booked an Easy Cab on 4th November 2010, from West delhi to New Delhi Railway Station for 6:20 pm as my train was at 8:30 pm. Due to Diwali season i took a margin of 2 hrs and 10 minutes, station is 16 kms from my place. My booking was confirmed,till 6:00 pm i got no call from driver, so i gave a call to call center which took me approx 10 minutes to get connected to the executive. I registered my complaint, executive told me within 5-10 mins i will get a call from driver. Cab reached my place at 7:20 pm (an hour late) due to which i doubted that i will miss my train. After speaking to the driver i got to know that he was given duty only after my call i.e at 6:05 pm and he got stuck in traffic. By God grace my train got delayed by 20 minutes and i was able to bore it. The driver has to do speedy driving to meet the time which was wrong and against the traffic rules and guidelines of the cabs service. I MUST SAY THIS WAS A REALLY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!
