[Resolved] Easy Cabs — No Show By Taxi At The Last Moment | |||
Easy cabs were supposed to send me a cab at 5:30 PM from Nerul, Sector 4 to pick my parents up and drop them at Lokmanya Tilak Terminus. The cab did not arrive at 5:30 PM. When called at 5:15 PM to confirm the Easy Cab telephone support assured that a confirmation will reach my phone by SMS in 5 min. That didn't happen. When I called again at 5:33 PM, I was informed that the booking has been cancelled. I had make other arrangements to the station to catch their train. My parents could have missed the train. My father who has to undergo dialysis on Monday mornings could have missed his appointment for tomorrow. Such a bad service was not expected, that also right at the last moment. Totally disappointed. Easy Cabs — Cab didn't even arrived even after booking confirmation
I have booked the Cab for my travel to City Railway station in Bangalore on Oct 28th 2011 at 11:30 AM. Immediately I received booking ID from Easy Cabs and ID was A[protected]. The cab was booked for pickup at 18:00 from my residence.I received message from EASY CABS at 17:50 giving Cab details and chauffeur number. This message came to me just 10 minutes before pickup time.
The driver called me after 5 minutes before pickup time saying he will take 2 hrs to reach the pickup location. Is this acceptable my any means?
I waited for another hour or so and the cab never turned up to my location. If somebody relies you on the proper pickup and if you provide this type of service.. how people can trust you anymore??/
Because of this I missed my train and next day I have to travel by Flight to Mumbai.
And now EASY cab calls me and tells me that as per their policy they can not provide any compensation and simple word APOLOGY. They dont even understand the pain i went through all this.
