When i reached the cash counter no 6 for billing the cashier was very rude in receiving the client. She was trying all means that i shd not get the billing at that counter. All the time she was talking to fellow worker...when i asked her to pack the eatables and other chemical items separtely..she looked as if i have asked for impossible. Then i objected her on throwing the items in the carry bag...she was making all comments to the fellow worker...
When i went to so called customer service department...they did not have a complaint register...when i asked for some senior staff ..they said he is in meeting...means no one was interested in listening to complaints.
After waiting for 20 min ,one mr anshu jindal came and said he was incharge of cash counter...when i asked for hos business card...he said they dont have any. he just listened to me and gave me his no...and said he will get back ...till date no revert..
these stores have very good policy on non escalation of customer problems...

When i reached the cash counter 2 for billing the cashier was very rude in receiving the client. employ name is satendeer. i buy a assot gun 49- for 24.50rs but he charged a 48.50 i say this a not right value .
i say cancel this item he say this item not cancel.i m regular customer this easy day. so i want action for this complaint.
