[Resolved]  Easy Day Store — misbehaviour by sales staff

I am a regular customer of your naraina new delhi branch and all the grousary item are purched from the said counter. Recently the store has been shifted to bigger place and we expected that the service of the store will improve.
Sir, i am sr citizen and went to your store today i. E 19.09.2019 to by sugar as per memo no.0004437. There are three cash counter and only one was operating, the other two persons appently cashiers were busy in gossiping at the counter. When i quationed that who will handle my bill, i was told that they are busy. When i insisted the cashier named mr. Prabhat came start handling the other customer
But i was surprised when i said that i shall complaint against you, he rudely said go and complaint any one i wish. I think the employees appointed there has no fear of management and they are free to deal with the customers they feel fit. I request to kindly loon into the matter
