[Resolved]  Easy Day Store — misconduct

Regarding : compliant of your billing staff for misconduct /rude/misbehaviour complaint no. Ed[protected] di.26.09.2019. Your naraina new delhi br. Please refer to my complaint no. Ed[protected] dt.26.09.2019.in this connection i received a call from your representative advising me to come to the store so that their employee can have a conversation in the matter. Immediatly after i received a message that the complaint has been withdrawn. I was surprised to note that there was not single world to apologise the misconduct and misbehaviour of said employee. Sir, kindly inform me is it the way of dealing the complaint regarding misbehaviour and misconduct of the employee posted in your stores billing counter. However since i am consumer of your store i against went to your store today i. E2nd oct.2019 and observed that the behaviour of said person is still not changed. Without coming in front of said employee i obseserve that his attitude has not yet changed and is as rude as earlier. Sir, please note that now a days even the govt employees do not behave in a manner he is dealing with the customer. May i request you to remove this person from the billing counter so that people can't have a positive conversation with the store employees.
I am surprised to notethat instead of apologising the representative of your store is defending him by saying that he too young. Sir, as a senior citizen of this country i request you to look into the matter for the future prospects of your company. Kindly do not ignore the matter of misconduct and rude behaviour of your employees with regards. Kamal dogra [protected]
