This regarding bad service by Easycabs , Hyderabad.
Easycabs booking no B000117. Cab service was booked by me for one way journey from Miyapur to Shamshabad Airport & was supposed to reach the below mentioned address at Miyapur sharp at 8:00 am (10/02/2010) .My guests as mentioned below are the passengers.
Pick up address : Lakshmi Sri Towers, Plot no 71, Pragathi Enclave, Besides Neelima Greens, Miyapur , Hyderabad-49.

The cab (AP-28 VA 1029 ) reached the pick up point at 8:45 am ( 45 min late ).
The flight was scheduled to depart hyderabad at 9:55 am
The driver did not know the route to airport from Miyapur & also did not inform the same. He took the route to JNTU from Miyapur which is generally crowded & kept on asking people about the route to airport & by the time he reached Gachibowli ( 30 km form airport ), the flight departed at the scheduled time.
So the passengers were left with no chances but to miss the flight.
