[Resolved]  eBay Fraud — Item Not Received

I already submitted my below complaint one month back. There is no response from ebay.. Please friends dont buy any thing in ebay.Its fraud site

I am very disappointed with Online Ecommerce Site ebay.in

In june 7th of this year ebay had this special offer were if you buy worth 10k-20k you can use there coupon code and get a Nokia 101 dual sim.
i bought a sony xperia neo v which was 14k and used the coupon code and was able to place the order.i received the phone within a week and was happy but never got the gift item.i contacted there customer support and they said that gift item would be sent once the offer was closed and would take 45 days.. so i waited..but never got the gift item.. i tried to contact them through there online chat and every time i was told that there is delay and should get it by next week..it's December now over 6 and half months and still have not received and still when i call there customer support they say that there is a delay and i should get in next week... one of the customer replied told me that he have escalated the case and i should get a call back which i never did. After waiting for one week and shock to me i still did not got it so called again and this time the new rep from ebay told me the same thing that there has been a delay but its been shipped and gave me a tracking number for blue dart... and guess what??? that tracking number doesn't exist and when i call the blue dart they said that they have not recived any package from there end and this is a fake tracking number.... i think ebay is working to make some big scam ... please help someone to receive the gift item

eBay Fraud — fraud

I sold an item ( #[protected] to a Chinese American Dr. Q. Fan in Northborough, USA. For US$ 358. The person paid through paypal and I sent the item by registered mail. After that he claimed his money from Ebay (NOT paypal) as the item ‘was not received’ (Case # [protected]), so the amount was deducted automatically from my account. As fraud was very evident, I started an investigation at the Dutch postal Customer Service. I got a report that the item was received on the 12th of Febr. 2011. Ebay.com cannot read the report as it is written in Dutch. On his turn Ebay.nl refers to ebay.com. Ebay is en expert in giving replies without contents, that is to say they are very good in sending useless info and only refer to other sites, persons but they are not able to solve a matter like this. Moreover they are not interested doing this and they tolerate and reward this type of fraud. I stopped selling after 12 years. To me Ebay-protection is down to zero.

I already submitted my complaint. There is no response from ebay as of now. I am really frustuated with ebay customer guys and with promotion team.I called more than 50 calls to ebay about my item but there is no response. Please someone tell me what to do.
