[Resolved]  EPF India — Epf claim under process for long time

Hello,
My pf account number is tn/mas/54146/0054. A claim request was filed on 21/09/2011. I have not received any claim till now from the epf.
Also, claim status website always shows the same information ("under process") every time.
Is there anyway i can get the claim faster?

Dear all,
I received 2 messages from epfo in the month of june 24th. Those messages are :
1. Claim form 19 for pf settlement for menber acct no. Mhban[protected] received on[protected]and claim id mhban[protected] is under process.
2. Form 10c withdrawal benefit schene certificate for acct mhban[protected] received on[protected] and claim id mhban[protected] is under process.


Pls do needful as early as possible

My pf account number is kn/bn/0035308/3013. A claim request was filed on 25/04/2011. I have not received any claim till now from the epf. Whenever i am going there, they are telling every time it will be cleared within 15 days, 20 days. I have been already going there 15 times.
Also, claim status website always shows the same information ("under process") every time. My sister's will be on january 25 2011. I depend it on my pf amount.
I am requesting you with be polite as soon as it possible please get me my settlement. I will grate full to you.

I had registered my complaint with epf online. Here is the message that i got from them:

Your grievance has been registered in epfigms vide registration number rchen/e/xxxx/xxxxx and has been sent to:

When i call them - nobody picks up the phone.
When i email them - nobody responds back.

I received for s m s from e p f o in 23.01.2012 member id tnmas[protected]-130 pf claim id: mas[protected] settled amount: rs 1961.00 sent to a/c no:[protected] (Ifsc code:hdfc0000616) but this my account is closed.

Pls sir this amount: rs 1961.00 sent me my new account no:[protected]Ifsc code icic0000347) in icici bank.

My old PF account number is MH/BAN/45665/124673. I have given a request to get it transferred to my current firm, but the status is still showing as "Under Process". It has been more than 4 months but the status is the same.
