Dear Sir,
This is concerning to employee provident fund withdrawal for which I had filed for on the date of 19th Aug. 2011. The EPF withdrawal request had been filed physically through my ex employer M/s Eros Elevators Pvt. Ltd. on the aforesaid date through the forms 19 & 10-c filled in due respect along with the attached bank check, etc. as per the requirements. Its since been more than 3 months have been gone and there is not a shred of the progress on the withdrawal request has happened. This grievance is for the same concern. This withdrawal request which has been submitted to the Bandra, Mumbai EPFO office has been lying there for more than three months and the progress has been frozen because of the red tape mechanism of the concerning government office. I haven’t received any remittance hitherto & the online claim status for my PF no. or member ID still shows that the request is under process hence I have been compelled to bring this matter up to your notice.
I live in Kolhapur, Maharashtra hence I cannot afford to pursue this matter physically. I am hereby lodging this grievance & requesting you to bring this matter with the concerned EPFO and pull up those liable employees of the concerned EPFO office who are involved in this abnormal delay for such an delinquency & indolence to the above process so as I could get the remittance as early as possible which I am direly in the need of. I hope you will take any appropriate action on the culprits and resolve the matter. I will be looking forward.

I resign my previous orgainsisation till 2 year back 1 jan 2010 and i also subitted my pension fund form and i am continously touch with mega soft solution company who will responsible to settle the baxter all employes claim but as so many follow up one day they told me 2010 that right now GKC managment services pvt ltd handling baxter all Pension account so so many follow ups with GKC mr punnet and Mr anjay they tell me ur form is rejected and they disaptch my form to me and i fill my form as per theer requiremnet and also attached my cancelled check and after so many folow up they reply me yesterday 12 dec-11 that ur form is cancelled again.
I need money in very urgent basis but till date Im not received any good response from any body side so plz do the nedfull to clear my pension ASAP.

My PF request was submitted by my earlier company to RPFC office as on 25th july 2011 and they confirmed me that RPFC will be sending me intimation via post with in 90 to 120 days.And informed me that as they do not have any control on the settlement process; they will not be able to help further in this process.Once the PF formsare submited to RPFC their job is over because, RPFC office does not entertain any other Party/Person/Organization other than the PF member.


But till date I did not get any intimation via post nor any response from any of the mail requests nor they pick my calls.In this sutiation I couldn't even go back to my previous company as thery have very clearly given that they have no control on the issue.
I am fingures crossed !!

This is to inform you that, I submit my PF {Employees’ Provident Scheme, 1952, or 1995) from for claim in Dwarka on 25-Apr-2011. After 45 days I visited in dwarka PF Office but they told me that you will get your money very soon. But I am not get anything .Then I again visited in August but they told me same. They didn’t given any positive response to me.
One more thing I want to tell you, that my friend also submitted the PF from on with me on the same date and time. He got the money. And his name Ranjeet Singh

This is a final Request to you that, give me right status of the same and tell me why is delay. Give me the resone as well otherwise

I received a letter from the PF office Kandivali on 13/5/2010 with the information stated that, one of the my PF payment under PF A/C No. MH/47808/13166 sent to ICICI Bank branch Mandi HP. Cheque No. 493500 sum amount of Rs. 4359/- A/C payee to[protected], but I had already closed the same account before this & bank sent the payment cheque back to PF office, After that I two times sent registered letter to PF office on date 14/5/2010 & on 07/09/2010 with the request to sent fresh Cheque to me A/C payee to my account[protected] ICICI Bank branch Chandigarh, a cancelled cheque had already sent with letter to PF commissioner. but there is no reply from the office of PF commissioner. I, Mr Gaurav Jain had submitted PF transfer request from from my previous organization account (TCS E-Serve LTd - PF No MH/35679/25109) to current organization account (JP Morgan Service Ltd - PF No. 36574L). The same was acknowledged by RPFSfrom= previous organization account (TCS E-Serve LTd - PF No MH/35679/25109) to = current organization account (JP Morgan Service Ltd - PF No. 36574L) was submitted and acknowledged by RPFC office, Kandivali (west) on 16-December-2010.

It has almost been an year and the PF accumulation has still not been transfferred. WHo is responsible for all the interest amount i have lost for 1 year on this amount. All the contact numbers and email id given of this office do not work or are not picked up / engaged all the time.

This is huge concern, loosing the trust in such organizations, Please help me.

I am an ex employee of HCL Technologies Ltd BPO Services and my employee number is 143702. I resigned from the company and joined Citigroup Global services Ltd.Mumbai and requested for transfer of my PF amount on 30.11.2007. My employee ID with Cgsl was 112865.I requested for the transfer of Funds from PF A/c Number HR/5572/95870 to the PF account number MH/35679 Group 40 RPFC Office Mumbai. An amount of Rs 22,278.09 was transferred by DD Number [protected] on 13/12/2008 and was sent to RPFC Mumbai office on 08/01/2009. RPFC Mumbai office are unable to trace this amount and had written a letter to HIL EPF trust to provide them with more information .CGSL has now been taken over by TATA Consulatancy services on 01/01/2009 and I have been transferred to their Gurgoan office on 01/04/2011 and my employee number now is 277218.Inspite of writing several letters/emails to HIL EPF Trust they are unable to provide any proof on the encashment of the DD Number [protected] which is required by RPFC office,Mumbai to resolve the matter. Request you to please assist and provide the proof of encashment of the DD by RPFC Mumbai office

This is to inform you that I had submitted claim forms 19 and 10C for settlement of the PF Account DL25565/976 on 16/06/2011. The claims IDs for these two requests are DSNHP[protected] and DSNHP[protected] respectively. Owing to the delay in settlement, I had even registered an online grievance in EPFiGMS vide Registration number DELSO/E/2011/09480. In spite of all that neither my dues have been settled nor have ever received any formal communication in this regard. Thus, request for an early redressal of this complaint to ensure settlement of PF Account.

I left my earlier organization in Nov 2010 and my employer submitted the relevnt forms for my PF withdrawl to EPFO Office Pune in the month of April 2011. I didnt get my claim amount yet. I have written so many mails also but no reply. Again I kerp on sending reminder mails but no reply of that too.
I tried to call on the numbers provided in the website but no response at all. I tried with English and Hindi, but they neither speak English nor Hindi, they speak only marathi. Out of 10-15 calls luckily your 1-2 calls will be attended and that too with no proper response. For your info my PF No is MH/33543/7220

3. After receiving the SMS I checked my PF Status on the web site of EPFO Bandra. (Copies of few Screen Shots from June 2011 till date are attached here with)

4. When I contacted Bandra PF Office thru the contact person of my above mentioned Head Office in the month of June I was informed that due to certain server issues my case is pending and the same would get resolved within a couple of days but I just waited and did not get anything till date.
5. I also lodged a a complaint with Grievance Cell of EPFO Bandra for knowing the status of my pending case but the reply came that my concern could not be entertained as I had given a wrong/Incorrect PF Account No.( I had quoted the my PF No from my Salary Slip )
6. Last but not the least In spite of my repeated mails PF Office could not provide me any outlook for getting my case cleared and my PF amount to be credited to my bank account about which they had already been informed.
I would request you to look into the matter as I am in urgent need of money required for my father’s treatment and help me at the earliest
