[Resolved] EPFO — EPF Rejected Reason letter

Hi Sir/ madam,

I am Sankar Kumar Nanda, I have checked my PF withdrawal status quite a long time back. It looks like my PF form has been rejcted due to some reason and rejection letter has been dispached to my address . I have not recived it yet and i am not able to send them other form as i don't the actual reason why PF office reject my form .

Can you please investigate the issue and let me know what exactly the problem was , because of that they reject my form.?

My PF number is : GN/GGN/0025468/000/0000249

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm highly grieved with the rejection reason provided for my pf withdrawal that was submitted three months ago. Please find below the details of the submission. I'm unemployed for the past 7 months due to by previous company's downsizing. Since the company named Mercado Online Pvt. Ltd. shut down, I had to get an affidavit declaration and an attestation and signature from HDFC bank manager as the company's authorities are no more there. I'm surprised and grieved with the reason that I have received below.

I kindly request you to intervene in this matter and help me out. Please do the needful at the earliest.
