dear sir,
i would like to cancell my eticket which PNR NO [protected] but the probem is (my USER ID is ramsuraty and password is ku5412raku) the system is responsing incorrect, i also forgoted my email id i have mailed [protected]@yahoo.co.in& [protected]@irctc.co.in but there is no any reply
so what can i do please guide me as soon as[protected]

I booked one ticket from Haridwar to Kottyam for journey 04.10.10 through E-ticket ( tatkal) and amount deducted in through net banking Rs. 774-00, but I could not journey on the same date, but the amount has not cridited in my e ticket PNR No.[protected] Transaction ID[protected] date of booking 02.10.10.

Igot message stating my above ticket has been cancelled and the amount is refunded.On checking

my bank statement i found it is not yet refunded in my account.

PLEASE DO REFUND MY CACELLATION MONEY AT THE EARLIEST.

sir (12/10/2010) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on 2695 trivandpuram superfast from arrakonam to palakkad boarding on 14/10/2010 for Sri sowmya E.S. Unfortunately after the payment was made through INDIAN BANK payment gateway, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.

This is really embarrasing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. If not refund the same amount.

Expecting a reply as soon as possible.

I booked my eticket on 24.11.2010 but it was a failed transaction ID [protected] that ticket amount was dedcated from my account Rs.344. ticket booked from Panvel to Kudal. train's Name is JAN SHATABDI EXPRESS Please try to refund the amount some of them telling we have to wait for 4 to 7 days wat can i do now pls help me . I cancelled my e ticket transaction ID: [protected], and PNR No:[protected] Class: 3A Train No. 12476 date of Journey: 20.12.2010, ticket cancelled on: 22.11.2010.

I got message stating my above ticket has been cancelled and the amount is refunded. On checking
my bank statement i found it is not yet refunded in my account.

Please do refund My Cancellation Money at the earliest.

I have booked a ticket for my journey fm JRC to DLI dtd 19/12/10 vide transaction ID:[protected] & PNR No: [protected] having booking status WL19. After preparation of final chart it was confirmed having reservation status as S2/71. However, on the date of journey train was late by 10 hrs & leave from Jammu on next day ie.20th of Dec' 10. Accordingly, I go for cancellation on web but the message shown as "the chart was prepared for this ticket you can not cancel this ticket" even it was also not be entertained on the counter opened for issue of general tickets or by Station Supdt, whereas tickets issued at the counter of Indian Railways were cancelled on spot and full refund was made. Since my journey was about 6 hrs and could not wait for 10 hrs, buy another ticket for the journey as it was also not allowed/valid in other trains. From this it seen that booking of tickets through e-tickting is a money loss to the passenger, besides they are paying for its services in addition to fare.
In view of this, I request for early arrange of refund on my eticketing booking on priority and confirm through my mail id [protected]@gmail.com, please.

I explain for my problem. I book ticket on 17/12/2010 at 3.00p.m. my first ticket
book and than enter user id & password after that press login after enter login light is gone & internet system is also off.
