[Resolved] Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard Enhance — Invoice not received | |||
Respected Sir, My name is R. Sunderrajan, and I am a retired Branch Manager, Vijaya Bank. Two of your marketting executives (Mr.N. Anandhakumar and his team leader Mr.Rudhra Moorthy) convinced us to buy your aquaguard enhance water filter. On the very same day of their approach, I issued them a cheque for Rs. 13,990 (cheque number: 066434 dated 30.05.2012) which got cleared on 4.06.2012 through Federal Bank, Chennai. Our receipt number is[protected]. Your sales executives did not inform us on the fact that we would receive our invoice a month after the purchase and they were neither present during the installation nor were they bothered to know about the working condition of the water filter. We would like to inform you that we have not received our invoice till date (22.08.2012). Kindly treat this complaint on priority basis and send the invoice immediately to the following address- Mr.R.
