[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard I Nova — Company not responding to service contract and related mails.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Peheredar,
I have paid service contract amount of Rs.1840.00 on 20 / 03 /2009 for two years. ( Receipt No.16603059,Dt.20 / 03/ 2009 )
I have registered my new address with [protected]@eurekaforbes in the month of March,2010.
I requested the franchisee & company over phone.But there was no response.
Eureka forbes replied me through mail Dt.31.05.2010m,which is attached along with
The franchisee had orally accepted to provide service,but now he is denying.
I gave several mails to eureka forbes,but there is no reply from them.
I had asked to extend my contract period,or refund my money.
There is no response.
Now their franchisee is asking me to pay separate charges for servicing,saying the already paid charges are gone.
I am fighting for my consumer rights.
You are requested to do the needful.Please do the needful.

This is regarding the poor response and negligence of your team at Pune.
I am staying at Kothrud,Pune.I have paid service contract amount of Rs.1840.00 on 20 / 03 /2009 for two years. ( Receipt No.16603059,Dt.20 / 03/ 2009 ) I have been contacting your service center on[protected] & on [protected] - at Dahanukar Colony &[protected] at Mahatma Society.On both the numbers i have registered my complaints.Nobody is attending.
Since 20 /03 /2009 no body has responded to our requests.No one turned to my house since 20/03/2009 to see what is happening to my Aqua Guard.Please note - You are responsible if one falls sick due to water problems. Do you want us to approach Consumer Forum ? I request you to kindly refund my money or extend my service contract dates.And advise your service centre head to attend customers.

You are behaving one sided and very adamant.You are not even responding my mails since may,2010.Nobody from your side is interested in resolving the issue.

Mr.Jadhavrao from Pune called me on 15.09.2011,in the morning.He was asking me why are you writing all these mails ? All these mails are coming to me.Further he added, he will not provide me any services unless i pay.

Since then ( 20.03.2009 ) nobody has turned to my house.

ARE YOU NOT INTERESTED IN PROVIDING ME THE SERVICES FOR WHICH I HAVE PAID MONEY ?
IS THIS THE COMPANY POLICY TO NEGLECT CUSTOMERS SO BEHAVING ?
You are just tossing the matter and killing time.
