[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Misleading the Customer | |||
I am owning Eureka Forbes, Tornado Trendy Vacuum Cleaner for the past 10 years. I wanted to purchase Paper bags which are consumable used in the vacuum cleaner. The service centre in Bangalore informed that they can supply the nest day. After sometime a call came from the service centre that they can not support in this regard and we need to buy a new Vacuum Cleaner itself. Again i called up the service center and i was told that the bags are available and can be delivered. Later on he retracted saying that they cannot support and we need to buy a new one, IS THIS THE WAY OF TREATING A CUSTOMER??? IS THIS THE WAY TO SELL YHE PRODUCT??? THE CMD OF THE COMPANY SHOULD KNOW THE GROUND REALITIES OF HOW CUSTOMERS ARE BEING HANDLED. THESE ARE ALL SYMPTOMS OF HOW THE COMPANY CAN LAST LONG. i too need paper bags for my old vacuum cleaner ive been calling running pillar to post
for these bags every time i get an absurd answer for exchange.im from Bangalore.

I too face the same problem in Chennai... I am fine with the old machine. When ever I call the Eureka Forbes staff they are more keen on selling their new product and they dont support for their old product. This is definitely not the way you treat your customer. I have given up on these guys and I have been using the last paper bag that I have for many many months now. I really don't know where to buy this paper.

I am also having the same pain. I contacted at least 5 people in sales (Numbers were published in a ad in news paper). Every new person given number of another person. But no one resolved the complaint. I had registered the complaint in the website also but first response was received one and half month later, but no resolution.
Now my vacuum cleaner is a kept like a junk.
I failed to understand when the entire machine is just depended on a small part, why it is not being sold as a spare. I am ready to pay cost. I am in NCR.

I have a Euroclean 2000 vacuum cleaner for which I need paper dust bags. I had contacted[protected] and they gave me number of service centre ([protected]). When I contacted the service centre, the gentleman was utterly rude and didnt even listen to what I was seeking for.
