[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — No response from the highest escalation point

I have purchased a 2 year service warranty from Platinum Services Pune for my auqa guard. On May 1st a service engineer came and serviced my filter. Once he left we realized that the filter was completely dirty, the pipe inside was not cleaned, the unit was leaking water and we were getting a electric shock from close to the switch.

I have tried to call [protected] and [protected] multiple times (Platinum Services) but no one responded. I then called your 39883333 number on May 3rd, and left a complaint. I did not take a service number. They said that someone will come in 24-48 hours. No one came. I again called 39883333 on May 12th and got a service number 125413. Again I was told someone will come in 24 hours. No one has come.

I am horrified at the service quality of call center and the quality of Platinum Services. They are extremely lax at their attitude and frankly dont care a damn for customers.

The quality of the service engineer is pathetic. All he does is clean the candles and does not clean the insides of the candle holder. He does not clean the inside pipes too. Its the most illiterate kind of work. Taking out the candles and washing them under water I can also do. I dont need to pay 2000 for this sloppy work.

Hi All, I am in absolute agreement with these comments. Even I have faced similar issue since the time I have purchased Aquagaurd Infinity model from Eureka Forbes. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service and hope that you take some stringent action against them ASAP.

I have Eureka Forbes RO Plant. I have signed an AMC (ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT) with them. This AMC is still in effect. Around 20 days back my RO plant TAB went off. I called up the EUREKA FORBES and launched a complaint. Next Day, service man came to see the problem. Moment he entered he said, "OH! WE HAVE TO CHANGE THE TAB LEVER to fix the problem. BUT I DONT HAVE THE SPARE WITH ME". He added saying " I WILL BRING IT TOMORROW TO FIX IT AND CLOSE THE TICKET"

Since then, no one has called up and updated us what is the status of it. Also, no service rendered.

I called up 5 times. Even today I talked to a gentleman k. balamurugan employee id : 63789. He said he will escalate it tomorrow as today is MAY DAY.

Last week when I called up also the call centre person said that he will ensure by last saturday the problem will be fixed. Till date no improvements.

Being a consumer who paid for the service in advance, I am totally frustrated and mentally upset.

Please treat this as a complaint from my side and do the needful immediately.

I had a door salesman provide a verbal demo of a water purifier. I asked him a few questions and then showed him the place where I wanted to wall mount the equipment. I told him that since I'm wall mounting it high, I will need a means to collect water - a jar or a pipe to which he immediately said it comes with the equipment. That was the main criteria for purchasing it. The equipment was delivered and installed by another guy. When the equipment was being installed, I asked the guy where is the pipe to collect water and to my surprise, he said there was none. I called the customer care (complaint no[protected] and they were of no help other than hanging up on me and not sending anyone as promised. I have a problem and cannot raise my hand to fill the water from a wall mounted purifier each time I need to collect water. This is a clear case of sales through false information. I even called the salesman directly and he just gave excuses and didnt bother to address the issue. Now I either need the equipment replaced with the kind of one that need or my money refunded.
There should be a zero star for eureka forbes.
There was no any resolution for TKT[protected]I raised on 13th on June. I have spoken to multiple people 8 [protected]@39883333, everyone promising that executive will be coming to door step. But sofar no one calls me and nothing happened.

I never expected such response fromEurekaforbes and it is very unfortunate that I wanted to return the product I purchased 10 days back having problem. The water coming out of this having bitter taste.

I have online ordered Dr. Aquaguard compact on 25th June 2015, as per commitment by Eurekaforbes telesales team, the ordered product will reach to me within 7 days. I am continuously followed up for the delivery status, however had not got satisfactory answer from Eurekaforbes customer care team. One of Eurekaforbes executive has assured that, logistic team will call me within an hour however, a complete day has passed and i had not received any call from them. I had made another attempt next day, and guess what, i got same answer from Eurekaforbes team and i had not received a call from logistic team.

Funniest part is i had not got any service request no. for both complaints done on [protected]. I had latter inquired on customer care no. 39883333, which is handle by a gentlemen, who has registered my complaint and provided me a complaint no i.e. 92258552.

It is really surprising for me a reputed company like Eurekaforbes has such a unacceptable response / approach toward customers even before reaching a product to it's end user...What will be you services to client post sales is a Big ?...

I had tried to connect with Eurekaforbes seniors, but they put my call on hold for 30 mins and no resonance form them.

My personal view, Eurekaforbes what they had is, a ridiculous services, pathetic approach... No commitments toward work...they have to change there product tag line from your friends for life to... nothing to do with your life.
eurekaforbes service is pathetic.From 15 JUNE 2015 i am sending REQ msg and specking to customer support but they just call and have not taken any action.This is the worst service i ever came across. There is no escalation matrix available so there is no way to report to higher management, i raised request through online portal coz i am tried of wasting my money on sending msg everyday, [protected] ticket has already crossed 72 hrs but still second level escalation saying the raise ticket. although i have raised the ticket using their step 1 many times.
Pathetic service by eureka at Gurgaon location. Since thee last 10 days the Aquasure is dead and despite calling customer care at least 50 times and lodging multiple tickets no action has been done. A sample ticket number that i recall is [protected].
Worst customer service ever.. they are basically a bunch of imbeciles and cheats
Zero Star. Infact star word should not be used at all.

The worst service i ever seen in consumer durable. The Dr. Aquaguard product was purchased by direct eureka forbes executive not with dealers. That was the biggest mistake we made.

There are ample number of complaints raised in customer care and also calling the executives various times. There is no response till date.

Change the tagline of the company and make it as enemy for for life instead friend for life. The escalation matrix very very poor in the industry.
I had purchased a Dr. Aquaguard Magna HD RO+UV on 28.10.2015. Issues started just after a month of installation, technician came and told us that clean water is not coming as input that’s why it is getting jammed. Then within last 4-5 months, I faced same problem thrice. Last on 7th Feb’16 I raised the complaint[protected] as water was not filling in the chamber, Technician Vijay ([protected]) came and cleaned the filters by tapping his screw driver on the filters to clean the filters. And said that use water after 2 times drainage, at that time it started filling the water, but flow was very slow then it stopped completely within few hours of cleaning. We called Vijay again and in second visit on next day he said now carbon filter needs to replace as it got jammed. And for that you have to pay the amount of filter. Though we shared that we bought it only few months back, his response was horrible and unprofessional.
Then we talked to his senior, who was not ready to share any his identity neither name nor email id and was talking absurd. Then finally he shared Mr. V. Prasad ([protected], [protected]) numbers and we contacted him, he said that no need to pay the money, technician will change it free of cost, and they both talked in Telugu for some time. After that Vijay started running from our place, told us that I need to take approval for this, when we tried to talk to him in detail, he started misbehaving. Since then no one cares to check that complaint has been resolved or not.
We tried to contact customer care for the same, but we got the response that someone soon will visit us and resolve the problem ASAP. We tried to contact Mr. Prasad as well, but now he is not picking his cell phone though we called him more than 15-20 times.
Yesterday (02/18), I again talked to customer care and that lady open another request[protected] and said that she is forwarding matter to senior team and ASAP it will get resolved and this new request will linked with the old complaint number. But whole day no one again contacted us, so this morning I again talked to representative online and share whole story again got new complaint number ([protected]), then again I got the assurance that today itself my complain will get resolved, but this is 4:30 PM and no one tried to contact me.
When on online portal I tried to escalate this matter, it was step to log the complaint first online then escalate it further, so far I have raised 3 times complaints for same issue.
Due to the negligence of the service engineer and seniors I am purchasing water for drinking since 7th Feb and to get clean water for my baby we bought this water filter.
This is horrible experience with such kind of pathetic behavior of Technician and seniors, common person like me suffering on daily basis and no one is caring about it.
Please Dont trust Eureka Forbes water purifier, really bad product, no engineer will come to your place if product having problem, Last 1 month im following with customer service center, I suggest new buyer please dont buy you will waste your money
one of the worst service provider. They show eagerness while pursuing the AMC & not the service.
Even I am facing the same problem. I have 2 years AMC and raise the service request 4 weeks back. Till date no one came to service. Everyday they tell they will send Engineer within a day time. So, I am going to consumer court tomorrow and I will make them take their water filter and put huge penalty as I wasted my 3 weekends, frustration, etc...
Req[protected] no response from the company towards request for installation. While purchase they guaranteed installation within 2 working days and no one contacted on the 3rd day despite my reminder to customer service yesterday.
Nightmarish and horrible experience with those people in Eureka Forbes. the greatest blunder I committed ... buying a RO from Eureka Forbes

This is regarding Customer ID is [protected], i would like to inform you i got product on 8th Dec and after that no any technician visited for product installation, I called many times to sales man informed him to send technician for installation but your sales man not taking seriously and again i call him and asked for send technician so next day also no any technician arranged by your team, I am suffering for installation but 3rd day your technician came here and when he open the box so there was adapter missing with product same informed by technician to salesman again another delay today salesman Hanumant call me and give adapter but still no any instillation demo given by your team.

when i start the machine after complete filling by water, i saw water leakage problem from outer side.

I am not happy with service and product so i request you please replace this item ASAP.

Eureka Forbes sales person has committed that they will buy back the old aqua gurad water fileter but no one has tured up after buying the new one.is there the commitment you peoples give.
i wish to add -ve rating for Eureka Forbes aqua guard genus RO model for service they are offering.Worst service ever.For no issues also they claim to change entire kit.
On mailing to customer care with all the details, there is no response.
i think, i committed blunder buying RO from Eureka Forbes as there is no genuine service after 1 year of fresh purchase.
