[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — No response from the highest escalation point

I sent the mail below to the highest escalation point mentioned in http://www.eurekaforbes.com/ To "[protected]@gmail.com". No response from May 12th.

I have purchased a 2 year service warranty from Platinum Services Pune for my auqa guard. On May 1st a service engineer came and serviced my filter. Once he left we realized that the filter was completely dirty, the pipe inside was not cleaned, the unit was leaking water and we were getting a electric shock from close to the switch.

I have tried to call [protected] and [protected] multiple times (Platinum Services) but no one responded. I then called your 39883333 number on May 3rd, and left a complaint. I did not take a service number. They said that someone will come in 24-48 hours. No one came. I again called 39883333 on May 12th and got a service number 125413. Again I was told someone will come in 24 hours. No one has come.

I am horrified at the service quality of call center and the quality of Platinum Services. They are extremely lax at their attitude and frankly dont care a damn for customers.

The quality of the service engineer is pathetic. All he does is clean the candles and does not clean the insides of the candle holder. He does not clean the inside pipes too. Its the most illiterate kind of work. Taking out the candles and washing them under water I can also do. I dont need to pay 2000 for this sloppy work.

Regarding servicing of our aqua guard machine (RO) GWPDANANO00000, H/C 5688, 22668873, [protected] registered in the name of Nitesh Solanki
This machine is under AMC & I paid of a sum off Rs. 3600/- bearing cheque # 532166 drawn on SIB Indiranagar branch, Bangalore on 25th July 16. After this I have made at least about 30 calls to the number [protected] but no one is visiting my place for servicing. On 30th of September 17 one technician by name Satish had visited & promised that he is out of filter stock so he will come with filter and do the serving too. Though I requested for a service he said he will be back on 2nd October to do the job.
Kindly be noted that it is surprising that I had to wait for 13months for getting a service done.
I request you to return the amount paid, as from your company, no one is bothering about our complaint. Today it was promised by 2 executives on phone that before 8pm a technician will be visiting . But nothing happened.
Hope you understand that it is mere case of cheating consumer & it is an harassment to us.
Kindly do the needful it next 24hrs.
We do not want to deal with a company like this in future.

Please be ifnormed that your service center sucks - they are pathetic.
I have a complain no. [protected] with registered mobile number [protected].
Complain is registered on 29th December 2017, today is 4th January 2018.
it's been a week now and no one has attended the complain. My parents are alone and are too old to call your

call center every now and then for the follow up.

just to mention i spoke to your executives tejaswani, poonam, sunanda (floor supervisor) suhasini, yogesh and few more i don't remember their name check the recordings and you will listen how a happy customer changes to a irate customer and then to frustrated one. NO ONE HAS HELPED

I totally agree with all the above. I should have seen this reviews before purchasing from them .
After sales service is also very bad and there is no way we can contact them over email.
Please Don't trust Eureka Forbes . The 30 days money back what they claim is also a farse

Initially, I purchase Dr. Aquaguard Magna NXT HD UV in June and immediately after three days, Itold them that I dd not like the water taste and wanted to return. The salesperson suggested they Money will be returned in 2 days .
But till July 8th No one even picked up the water filter.
I tried to call Online Sales:[protected] every alternate day but no response.
I even after their manager contact which they did not give and they said their manager will call me . But the manager never called
I had taken AMC for 2 Years by paying Rs 8175/- via Google Pay on[protected] from Aqua guard Service Person He had changed the 3 Filters also in my water purifier .

When i booked for a new Service on 03/03/2019, another Service person came with his colleague and he open the Purifier and told me that the previous Filters installed was Fake ones .
And told me that AMC was not updated in the system also .

I am writing this email since am not sure who is right person and which Filters are Genuine . And in Both cases the Service person came after dialling the Customer Care Number and its not a direct call to Service person's . Since i feel there is case of Fraud here, am planning to File a Police case which will help to catch the faulty person here .

Meanwhile am writing to you make sure from the Company perspective if something can be done

I filed an complaint no [protected] which for last 3 days when i followed up, customer care executive says will get the problem resolved and its never resolved and they close the case

Its such a shame that Eureka Forbes has such a low standard service . I had written to deepa.customercare 3 times and every time the case gets closed without any actions

Purchased brand new Aquagard- Amaze on 23rd August 2020. The RO had a defective membrane. Warranty replacement still not done even after one month of purchase.

Highly unsatisfied with Eureka Forbes
1. Installation visit was after 10 days of purchase
2. Installation agent checked water quality and was satisfied with quality 600 TDS
3. Complaint raised by us 2 days later and other agent visited 7 days later to check salty water issue. Said that membrane was faulty and needs replacement.
4. No one contacted from Eureka Forbes for next 1 week. 3 agents visited the next week to again verify the issue. Suggested that membrane needs replacement. Stated that Replacement will be done in next 1 day. Expected date of replacement 11- September
5. No contact initiated from Eureka Forbes till 23 September.
6. Between 11-23 September we have called customer care on daily basis for updates.
7. Customer care has no clue about the status of complaint.
8. Only thing customer care has been doing is forwarding the complaint to concerned team and asking us to wait for call.
9. 23rd Sept we received a call from Eureka Forbes to co-ordinate with the seller because the RO kit had old membrane. The return policy of seller is 10 days.
10. No contact initiated from Eurekaforbes after September 23.
11. We call Aquaguard Eureka Forbes Sales And Service daily from 23 September, they daily assure us that service will be completed the same day and they have contacted service team regarding this. We do not get any call from Eureka Forbes service center
12. Eureka Forbes Service Center customer care is never able to transfer my call to their manager because the manager is never available in office.
13. We have sent 10 mails collectively to [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in and Deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.com ; still no response.
Raised the complaint on 21st Jun 2021. It almost completed 1 month now. Called customer care service atleast 20 times and got call as response only once. Get it resolve asap elsewhere I know how to take the legal actions and will definitely share my feedback to the places where I can. My complaint reference no is [protected]. Also that issue was caused due to improper installation of my machine.
