You are requested to take some hard step against these type of things as i am seeing lot of complaints are there against this company.Why din't they transfer amount immediately in the account to avoid such things.

Frustrating Experience with ICICI, TataSky & EURONET

I did recharge through ICICI Prepaid re-charge option, transaction successful from banking side, but TataSky says they have not received, contacted bank again, the are asking to contact the below office

I did a recharge for Rs 222 for my BSNL prepaid number using the option available in my ICICI bank internet banking.
The recharge did not take place but my account has been debited with Rs 222, and the Recharge status in the bank's site is coming as success.

I made two transaction first on 26/09/2013 this is also failed but the amount is refeund on 28/09/2013 and second rechange is done on 27/09/2013 but still not refund my amount

Dear Sir,

I had done vodafone prepaid data recharge of Rs. 125 from my Citibank Credit Card online on Mobile No.[protected] and received message invalid amount, I received message Rs. 125 was spent on your Credit Card on 26-FEB-14 at EURONET MOBILE RECHA. I have not received any recharge balance. I spoke to Citibank Credit Card Customer care and told to reverse Rs. 125 and received approval no.[protected].
