Courier from ICICI Bank was not delivered A courier was sent by ICICI Bank to me in Pune with AWB No [protected] on 11/9/2008. It was not yet delivered. I took Express It's Pune's contact number but even after trying for hundreds of times no one is picking up the phone. My house is not locked since last couple of months, there is always somebody in the home at all times. The courier contains an important stament of account whioch I require on very urgent basis and i am now suffering for company's carelessness. icici helpdesk send a courier to my adress by ref no/airwaybillno[protected] booking date 27.09.08 till date not recived any courier, and again my request icici helpdesk people send a courier in the name of sridhar Bathula with airway bill no-[protected] booked date 11.10.08 how many days u r people take deliver located address.

A courier was sent by ICICI Bank to me in Gurgaon with AWB No [protected] on 24.12.2008. It was not yet delivered. I took Express It's Delhi's contact number but even after trying for hundreds of times no one is picking up the phone. My house is not locked since last couple of months, there is always somebody in the home at all times. The courier contains an important stament of account whioch I require on very urgent basis and i am now suffering for company's carelessness.
I would like to bring the matter to your notice, so that you will enquire about it and see that it will not repeat again.

An extremely important courier from ICICI Mumbai has not been delivered to me in Gurgaon-it's urgent and holding me from literally booking my flights and whatever- what's wrong with Express? they are worst-and wonder why ICICI chooses them? I had been doing this for over 3 months- 10 times and over Express has misplaced my consignment- i live in a very approachable location with a mail being delivered every other day...They dont even have a number to reach at-the delivery guy called to verify my address- and then vanished-i have been calling the number he called me from for over 2 days now..

A consignement with AWB No. [protected] is returned by this courier in the name of address incomplete. How cold the address incomplete with the bank.
Why ICICI bank not changing the courier company. Are these courier company guys relative of Mr. Kamat?

I was supposed to receive a consignment from ICICI bank but has not received it till date. It was dispatched from bank on[protected]. As per my landlords, the delivery person comes and goes back without even passing any relevant source of information to my landlords, which should eventually get passed on to me, so that I try to be at home in that time. I am a working person, and the courier person always comes in the afternoon. How am I expected to get my parcel now???

My credit card was send from SBI bank on dated 12 march 2010 through this service, i could not get my card till 20 march 2010 with AWB NO. [protected]. I m calling in delhi office but no one is giving response to me, so plz take action against it to improve urs service n send my card as soon as possible.

Your service to customers is very worst than other couirers. please warm up your delivary guys. i have to receive two couirers. one is ICICI card and one from rediff shopping. i dont know when i am going to recieve my packs. one pity thing is ICICI the one of leading bank has chosen WOrld Slowest courier service.
If you countinue the same stuff with delivary of packages you wil surely lose your place in market.
exercise your delivary guys or your lazy management to give better service in society. you r lucky to serve icici but you may lose this due to your lazyness.
