I have been allotted a PAN card. Which was couriered through expressit courier service by NSDL .Till today it is not delivered. And the customer care Tele- Nos. are with no response.
message is Your PAN card has been delivered on 23-07.08 by Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application
But till now it was not delivered.

i did not receive my pan card till now.my pan card redispatched in 29th october from mumbai.
please forward my request, my pan number is AHUPV5033F & Acknowledgement no. is [protected] and i did applied on date 16 sep. 2008 & not received till date.

Not delevering pan card
I have been alloted pan card which was courierd through expressit courier . but not yet get the pan card . message is Your PAN card has been delivered on 25-mar-2008 by Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. courier vide airway bill no. [protected] at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application
But till now it is not delivered

my pan number is AVLPP6674M & Acknowledgement no. is [protected].

i have not received my pan card but the staff has wrutten that i have deliveredmy pan card.plz prosecute the staff who has done it .if he is found here than we will prosecute him because he has done such a stupid thing.

my airway bill no.is [protected] which was dispatched on 3 jan 2009.

I was sent a Pan card on 21st of May and it got dispatched to chennai on 25th vide waybill [protected] and it says address incomplete. I am living in that place for 13 years and have been creceiving mails and courier from every other person but not Express It. Even thats fine as there could have been problems in locating the place but they have our phone number they could have called us but no. At least their customer care in chennai could respond but no. I must have dialled 1000 times but no one picks up the phone and every other time its busy which does mean that they either keep the receiver down or speaking with someone. I have been trying for the past 3 days and I am tired and need this PAN card urgently. The government can charge extra for shipping if they cannot afford a decent courier instead of making us go through such harrowing experience. I tried calling their corporate office in mumbai and the lady did not even let me finish and transferred my call to mumbai customer care wherein again no one picked up the call. This is the most sick, careless, pathetic company I have come across. I wish there is some place where i can complain about them and get them penalised.

This is a waste company...they never deliver things on time...the response on the phone too is very bad...no one would like to take the ownership of the complaint...i hope banks and other organizations would stop using this org. service and switch to a better one.

My aunti's pan card was despatched by dept. from 30th Oct. on this courier co. airway bill no. [protected] and but now i did not get receive. so, plz send it soon. Before delivering contact me on this no.[protected]
